The app does not launch. I downloaded it today and when you select the app an Upadting content message appears. I have let it run for around 10 minutes and it still will not launch the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing...it's a good idea to have ease of access on mobile, I will change ratings if the issue is fixed

After signing up this program, I was hoping all the beta on this app improve. Just signed up and notice we are only able to get 1 question per catergory. It'll be excellent where we can get more questions or all where we can do it when we have time on hand and get it done.. my company needs us update our license before expire and found this is an excellent choice but 1 question per month just doesn't cut it

The myASE app does not work. Downloaded through the Google store and it would not let me log in. I kept getting the "your email is not registered". Now that I uninstalled & reinstalled the app all I get the blue circle of death & I can not even get to the log in screen, it just sits and spins. I have uninstalled and reinstalled two more times with the same result. I am only able to log into myASE Renewal through the web address when at a computer. The app does not work, do not waist your money.

Lack of straight forward information about the app.I have being taking ASE's for 18 years bs this is complicated, you have to jump through hoops just to sign in, then they promise you will be able to do your recertifications all at once but guess what, they never mention its only ONE question a month,it's going to take me 8 months to get the certifications up to date and it's only for a year. So im out if 48 bucks and still have to go to the testing center since mine expire in 6 months,

Just renewed all 8 certs in Dec with no problem at a testing center. I don't know what test bank they're using, but some of these questions are literally disgraceful. It's like this app uses all the rejected questions that get thrown out by competent techs. Would definitely rather waste half a day every 5 years going to a testing center than to have to rely on sheer luck that you accidentally select the right answer with half the information needed.

My status have not updated. Shows my certs have expired and due to that my Brand Certs have fallen into uncertified status. Yes its cheaper but if the info will not update theres no point in it. Itd be easier to go to the test center and retake the tests. So for now 1 star until you make it get the 2 different sites communicating and showing the update.

I have used this app for months. The questions that are presented are frequently misleading or not aligned with ASE testing methodology. This is a problem to the extent that incorrect information is provided in the answers, when the questions themselves are not deceptive. E.G. If an timing belt was broken, no technician ever would commit to the point of testing starter amp draw to diagnose the timing failure. And tire size affects vehicle speed, but not wheel speed to RPM correlation.

Unable to install app. Talked to customer support and they pushed it as a Google play problem. Yet this is the only app I have prolems with. Update: still can't install app almost a year after trying the first time. Tech support got involved and still no fix
