Worst ticketing app I've ever used, and it's not even close. App can't stay logged in, and it logs the user out immediately after logging in. Can enter login credentials and payment, and then when I check my account it says I need to log in to see the tickets. But then the app goes back to not letting me log in. Company should refund every convenience fee they've ever charged.

Terrible, keep payment receipts, and PDF ticket/passes. App does not allow access to or display ticket/pass QR codes. App only allows the purchase of individual game tickets and not the pass bundles available on the website. App is designed to force multiple transactions, each with a "convenience fee," even though the Hometown fan website allows for ticket bundles at a cheaper price with only one transaction fee.

constantly logs me out and have to get a verification code twice to log in. would love to be able to transfer all tickets at once to the same person instead of sending six individual tickets. try to order more than one thing at a time...nope. individual transactions results in hefty transaction fees.

Never saves my favorites, have to search through hundreds of schools to find ours. The search function is terrible. If I type North it finds Elkhorn North as the first option instead of our school that starts with North. It Autofills the credit card fields with random numbers. I just bought tickets and it "Could not update tickets." Isn't that it's one job? There is not one step in the process of buying tickets that is issue free. Our district has been using this for a year and I hate it.

I love the convenience of this app. HOWEVER, why do I need demographics for each ticket I purchase? my family of 6, i have to put a first and last name, email, and phone number? Ohhh, and the email opt-in drop box. There should be a skip option.

I've had to pay twice for an event in the past because the app won't allow you to view and save a ticket qr code. You should be able to view and scan tickets after purchase. I'm not a fan of this app. They wouldn't refund my money either.

Previously loved, now not so much. I have used this app for a couple years with no issues. Now today I purchase 5 tickets and none of them show in the app and it won't let me update to add an additional email to my profile. I got the receipt that the purchase went through but my tickets are not in the app

Tickets are never available in the app after I purchase. I always receive an error message. I have to go to the website for my tickets. The app is constantly logging me out. I had the same problems last year. My tickets were never in the app or the app would log me out in the middle of trying to pull up tickets to enter the event.
