One of the WORST APPS I've ever used! App barely works. I have to click print 3 times before it does so. I've tried to add symbols (like a caution icon). But when I get to the correct screen there are no previews or names of the symbols. Just a generic placeholder. I'd attach a screenshot if I could. The printer is great, but stay away from this app. You'll pull your hair out! UPDATE: Developer heard and seems to have addressed my concerns. Still somewhat cumbersome but works much better now.

I can't get it to connect to my phone or computer without connecting it with the cord. I've never been able to get it to print the shipping label that it actually came with let alone any that I buy. It never prints correctly with anything. I bought it so I didn't have to keep purchasing personalized stickers or labels for my company. I've pretty much given up and it's too late to take back so it was a waste of money. I really needed one of these too

App was working fine but the latest version has issues with the Polono A400 4x6 label printer. Now whenever it connects to the printer via Bluetooth (to wake it up), it sends a string of ASCII characters that actually print and advance the label paper a few lines. this effectively wastes an entire label and forces me to advance to a new blank label before printing one. It NEVER did this before on any previous app versions. Please fix this.

Can only open PDFs and there are no tools to crop them. Very frustrating to work with. This app seems to be the only one compatible with the thermal printer I purchased so I will be returning the printing as well. Very disappointed.

There are no instructions. Software looks very capable but no directions how to set up a layout. I understand this is a Chinese product, but it is selling on Amazon yet there are no instructions and the interface is not at all intuitive. Very sad they haven't thought this through.

clunky UI ... not user friendly. wanted permissions to view, modify, and delete files from my device without my permission and track my location even when the app isn't open. sounds like a recipe to mine and sell my data. no thanks. USB cord works just fine.

Overall great app many options and has been a trusted source of 4x6 label printing. 1 issue of connectivity months after working flawlessly. Fixed and working the next day when I tried to print again . (Update fixed this incredibly quick and why I trust this so much) Will update if needed

Loved this app and printer until the last update. Now, it will not print clear 4x6 labels for shipping. Even my postman noticed because he cannot scan the barcode on the label anymore. Very disappointed now since I'm beyond the window of retuning.
