I wanted to start journalling to get my thoughts out of my head to set them aside. I'm a planner, so I started researching. I quickly got sucked into a vortex comparing subscription plans, lifetime costs and features. I was stressing out trying to pick a platform to help me not stress out. This app is perfect. It's intuitive and elegant in its simplicity. I open, I write. No intrusions (ads) and no distractions ("great streak!" "Look at this map!" "What's your mood?!"). It just lets me write.

Love how simple and fast it is to journal with this. I've been doing micro journaling through out the day and this app is absolutely perfect for it. One setting I wish existed was it I could have an additional line between each of my entries. It already adds extra space between days, so just having the same each time I submit instead of clumping them together in one big entry (or at least having a simple way to differentiate my posts). 💕

Love the discreet mode. Don't have to worry about anyone reading over my shoulder. Also, whenever I write in this journal, I feel like my thoughts are let go and shot into space. I don't like looking back and remember what I've written but I still want to let it all out. So this app satisfies that need. The discreet mode makes it even better because I can't see the words. I feel so relaxed and unpressured to read anything, and just write.

The best journal app so far. I've tried most of the renowned ones but they're all too distracting and this one stands out minimal and efficient. Thank you for making an amazing application. 5 stars for that. As a suggestion, please include an edit function for the note, many have suggested it. If there's a typo, misspelling, I cannot edit the text, that's a little bothering. Otherwise excellent.

This is a great journaling app, it's simple and efficient. I loved the minimal design compared to other apps. Here's the problem, I cannot edit once I've logged, the app needs email log in for emergency backups (incase I lost or break my phone without backing up from last 30 days), the name and logo can be improved as well to make it look more attractive.

New user and I just wanted to say it would have been better if there was a list of hashtags available as a separate search index somewhere, similar to what the formerly known as Universal Diary has made. Being able to view a list of entries with the same hashtag is really important. To me.

So this is a very simple journal app. I like the minimalistic design. But to save a log you have to press the add sign. I lost my first journal because of that. It would be nice if it would automatically save my log. Also a google backup would be really nice

I really love the concept and have been using it - however the tagging and search function seems unreliable. I'll search a tag I've used and get no results, or results that are not complete. I have many things I'd like to track, and having one place where I can easily sort or find them was my big appeal for the app.
