App crashes every other time I try to use it. Edit: 20/04/2022 - app crashes every Time I use it. Have to make each change to settings individually (change setting, restart app, change setting, restart app etc.). Very frustrating when you're trying to adjust the tempreture up 5 degrees and have to repeat that process a minimum of 5 times and even then it usually doesn't work. Absolute rubbish. Wouldn't recommend a Fujitsu on the basis of how rubbish this feature is.

This app is an embarrassment to Fujitsu. I paid a lot of money for an AC with Wi-Fi capability only to end up with this. You often have to press buttons more than once for them to register on the app. And good luck if you somehow disconnect from the device. It's a whole process to get it reconnected. The actual device is a small hideous and cheap looking piece of plastic. I guess technically it works sometimes. So they have half met their regulatory obligations.

Not straight forward to setup and a bit of a lag when using with Google home. The cheap power supply started failing and eventually got to hot to touch just before stopping altogether in just 3-4 weeks of ownership. Using my better quality power supply set to 5v and I was up and running again. I think for the price of this unit it should be better quality. Also recently there servers were down for over a day and no support reply from fujitsu. You would expect better from Fujitsu you would think.

It's impossible to set up the device in the app. The instructions are not clear and now the device network is not visible. There are no instructions on how to reset it and start again. I will have to call the installer. I have a Bachelor's degree in software development and I am unable to connect my device, what does that say about the usability of this ridiculous app? Shameful.

Was a mission to register and needed a ridiculous amount of personal information. Slow when changing settings and settings often need to be selected a few times before the app sends the signal. Less functionally and less intuitive than Sensibo, also the adapter is really ugly.

App is tricky to set up (apparently you can't register a new device unless you first log out of the app - weird) The horizontal position setting does not send to the heatpumps. Units turn on and off ok, so far. Pretty basic for something that could be fantastic.

I like that I can turn on my heat pump remotely but the "scenes" function is too basic. It only let's you turn the pump on at certain times (no turn off after X time) when it should be designed to set times to run the heat pump on certain days so you can plan your whole week. Unfortunately the lack of this planning feature means Fujitsu won't be my next heat pump.

This app is terrible. Cannot set automatic weekly/daily timers, cannot delete scenes, heatpump randomly turns on in the middle of the night or afternoon despite scenes being disabled. I would give it a zero star if I could. Help guides are useless too.
