I have bought a bodyweight scale model is cf577ble, the manual sends me to this app, but i have isuues with the app and the product. Firstly the menu of the app is in chinese and there is no way to change this, also even with the chinese menu I can not register because of the region setting, i can not select any region or even input one myself. The menu and registration in the manual is presented in english please help what can I do

Integration is not authorized by Google because the developer has not submitted it to them for verification. As a stand-alone app it's ok. Not sure how it's able to provide all the health information based on just my weight and other basic body info I input . Not sure if it's right.

Luckily I can still return the scale with 3 days left! This app will not even open anymore. It's completely white. I've restarted my phone and restarted it, uninstalled the app several times. It's like the app no longer exists anymore. What a shame as I liked it

It has different user settings, but everyone's weight automatically goes under my profile- the weigh ins cannot be removed from my profile to the correct user's profile. So my overall body weight info are inaccurate.

Replaced scale but can not remove/delete old scale because I no longer have the old scale. I even uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and it still shows the old scale Poor third party services integration.

Cant set time on scale. Cant pick what timezone I am in so time is correct on scale.
