Incredibly complicated for something that is very simple. No option to pay an expense that is created, so you have to File a Claim. When you do that, there is no option to upload a receipt. The only thing it will let you do is take a picture. So then I have to take a picture of the PDF displayed on a different device. But at least the app works, vs online which just gives an error message online and forces you to fill out paperwork to print, scan and email. This is the dark ages of tech.

Overall a great app, not 5 stars because I'd like to be able to upload receipts from other albums on my phone, not just the camera roll. It's been slow lately, but I may have not updated it in a while. It's easy to use, very convenient. I'd also like to be able to save my provider info so I don't have to switch back and forth to get the tax ID each time. But these are small complaints, mainly ease of use nuances.

Logging in to this app is a persistently frustrating experience. This app's security is not compatible with Samsung Pass and the biometric login does not work (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra). Further, the biometric security ridiculously gets reset nearly as often as I use the app (about every 3 months), so there is no chance of using biometric login the next time. A user is left to manually enter their password nearly every use of the app.

Terrible app, you click "remember me," and it "remembers" you for 2 months, then doesn't let you sign in with your fingerprint, and then when you go to change your password, you gotta go through all these hoops that DON'T WORK! So glad my HSA will be running out, and I never have to use this garbage app again!

Both the app and the site are completely garbage. The app is unusable with a password manager because any time you minimize it, it clears the login field completely. This makes it impossible to copy and paste passwords. Adding in beneficiary information gives you information that is required to fill out but doesn't tell you what is needed ( like just knowing the 3rd blank line is supposed to be city despite not actually saying that's what you're supposed to put there.

PLEASE FIXXXX!!!!!!!!!!! App is extremely glitchy. Trying to uplpad receipts for pending reimbursements and everytime i almost get to the main screen i get an error message saying "a problem has occured. please try again or contact your administrator". i've tried over 30+ times already. all other apps work fine. i have plenty of space. i cleared cache. i uninstalled, reinstalled. nothing helps. will change rating once fixed!

The app and the company absolutely suck; worst FSA company I've ever had to deal with. Editing this just reiterate this company is atrocious; support is horrible, staff doesn't try to help. Stay away if you can. Also the app is one of the worst I have every has the displeasure to use for my FSA. If I could give fewer stars I would. edit: editing this to say the app and company still suck. one of the worst apps for this type of thing I've had to use. I miss the old company. still zero stars

I hate this app. Stored passwords on my android phone don't work with this app. When you choose a sword username and password, the app reloads preventing your username and password from being entered.
