I connected and had to close and reopen it multiple times to get it to work. The little light button doesn't do anything. It doesn't save favorite positions for all beds which seems like it should be an app-side function but I guess not. I lost our actual remote and I can't find where to get another so this app will have to do.

Should be simple to use...1.) unplug the cord to the bed for 1 minute 2.) re insert plug into wall. 3.) Open app and scan for bed. 4.) Bed is now connected... I was about to delete the app since both head and foot motors were being controlled at the same time regardless if I used the single or dual up or down buttons. I saw a response from Linak stating that you have to select either head or foot on the picture first, then use single up or down buttons. Get rid of that, keep it simple!

Good for must need. The save functions do not work properly. Actually I don't think anything actually works. Besides the normal function buttons. Up down separate and together also the massage works fully. Also the night light works I believe which is nice. The saves do not save the right thing no matter how many times you try. How does a flat save setting folds up. Ugh. It will work until I get batteries for my remote.

Can't move the head or feet individually. Only both. I've teied clicking on the display map. It doesn't matter how I select it or do it. Its always moving everything at the same time. Have tried both sets of arrows, And ony one set of arrows seem tp work. Can't figure out how to save those positions. Have unpluged and reconnected with it. Gone through the trouble shooting. Maybe have a tutorial/directions section.

This is a BED app. Something that should be used before sleeping, however, they perform to present a horrible blue background and theme all over the app, with no options for a dark mode. So, looking at this app hinders your sleep. What a stupid and ignorant design choise. i have tried contacting them for years regarding this, but nothing happens

Small bug exists where the app seems to lose BT connection to the bed when it gets put to sleep and then can't find it again unless closed and reopened, otherwise getting close to as simple and useful as i could wish for - well, perhaps being able to save a few preset settings for the bed would be handy, like one for reading, one for watching movies, and one for sleeping, not sure if the bed motors would play nice in the long run with that :)

Lost my controller for my bed and the app saved my bacon. I was sleeping with my bed elevated for a month until I found the app. At any rate, if you're having trouble unhook the power to the bed and plug it back in. The Bluetooth will automatically start trying to connect again.

My wife washed the remote for my bed. Replacement remotes are ridiculously expensive. On a hunch I searched and lo and behold there IS an app for that! And it works!! Literally took longer to download than it was for the bed to search for my bed, me to name it, set motors to 2, and a couple other easy settings. Works flawlessly. Thank you so much! And no, I do not work for them nor am I getting paid for this review.
