I love the system and the products. I think the prices are a bit high, however, there are sales every week and with them I am able to get most of what I want. I just have to wait for it to be on sale. But then we come to the app. It is horrible. Disorganized, the graphics are a mess, the whole thing does not help in the least. The videos are great but they are not effectively displayed or organized. The videos are also outdated and need to be redone to keep them up to date with the changes to the products. Some of the videos feature officers of the corporation who are knowledgeable about the products but are not effective as presenters. Professionals would work better. These are extremely important as you have closed down the direct sales division which leaves customers without any body to help them learn to use the system. Having them learn to use an airbrush system from one of your competitors is a huge mistake.

I purchased a Luminess Air system. All of a sudden I got a message from Paypal that they charged my account for ,$40.95. It took days to finally get ahold of someone. It's a good thing I didn't use the product yet. The 19.99 deal is a FARCE. You HAVE to have a subscription, I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the 40.95 charge. They can't do that because it's to pay for the system that was to be 19.99. I have to send the whole thing back in order to get my money back!

Every time I try to log in, set up account it says "sending email" and never does. I don't recommend this company. It has been a run around to cancel and when you do finally get ahold of a live person they try to talk you out of canceling or just disconnect you all together. I'm still not satisfied knowing my account is canceled since I can't cancel on the app with proof. STAY AWAY.

Wow... Considering this company states it's been around for 25 plus years, you would think that they'd have enough money to upgrade this app so that it can actually do things to help the customer! The how-to videos are great. However, anything that you need to get done on your account is nearly impossible... And every new page takes forever to load. Huge disappointment.

I like the new sprayer that came out several months. It is so much easier due to the spray because it sprays with smoothness and without spilling. The cup makes is easier to fill but the hole is a little too small. I have to keep placing the liquid a few times in the cup. The best part is that you do not have to take it apart for cleaning. You just place your finger over the sprayer and hold the lever back with warm water. I then use a q tip in the cup which makes that area clean. 4 stars

Love the airbrush makeup. The app in itself tho.. kinda sucks.. It's just set up weird- kinda unorganized and confusing. Other than that, they're great. Customer service is really good..The tutorials are helpful and easy to understand. Only thing I dont like is that it's all a little over-priced, in my humble opinion. However, they do have great sales all the time. I haven't tried their other makeup, but I love the airbrush method of application.

I've NEVER rated an app. This is the most useless app I have ever seen. Why would most folks download this app? To manage the auto delivery. There is NO WAY to do this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now. The button that looks like it should appropriately manage the delivery will not work. And every single "link" under the "Contact Us" tab will not work. The email provided bounces. The chat function doesn't work. It won't link to a phone number. Ridiculous. Don't bother.

The App is Horrendous! The layout is disorganized and a vital, if not THE most important feature is and has been missing...Customer Support Contact. Needs a serious overhaul. It's frustrating that I can order the whole system online without needing to speak with anyone but submitting a request to change my foundation shade via email requires a phone conversation. Actually, more than the app needs an overhaul.
