Mostly a useful app, however there needs to be a much clearer distinction between each park. We booked (and were very excited) for the 'Once Upon A River' show only to realize later on as we began walking, that it wasn't in the Singapore Zoo at all (even though listed as things to do in the zoo section)! Also, it's very hard to see where all the animals are, as there are no images of them on the map. We took a photo of the zoo's physical sign with the map and referred to this instead.

The app was working fine until the latest update. Previously, I still could book tickets to three out of the four attractions. After the update, I am only left with one- Night Safari. I even emailed Mandai Membership to ask about the issue but no replies at all. Now, I cannot even go to the attractions despite paying for Family membership and no one is helping me on it. This is such a waste of money.

For all the activities, keeper talks ,etc -- they don't state which parks these are being held at! How do I know if it's the zoo or river wonders or bird paradise? not helpful at all! Also, for membership, i'll need to login via website, so it is very troublesome to use app AND website. Might as well just use website fully. Will uninstall app.

Forced download of app to order food? Seems contrived. This could've been a web page.

Found nothing useful from the app except the map. Trying to figure where the zookeeper talk/ events were. Couldn't locate the exact location. As a result, wasted our time looking for the locations.

No faults with the smoothness of the interface, but needs to improve w the User Experience. Too much clicking multiple times to find or get to somewhere. Also, needs to HV a button rthat members can immediately click on card to get barcode. It's too clunky to reach the e-card currently and we use the web version of that page instead which is a pity. Looking forward to improvements!

I just wanted to find where certain animals are, but yet instead of that, the map was just filled with where amenities and activities are. No indication of where the animals are at all. What sort of map is this? I am uninstalling the app just mere minutes after downloading it just because the map is so not useful for my purpose.

Adequate but not easy to use. Simpler to use the large maps. Hard to directly find where animals are i.e. typed lion in search expecting to be told where it is located and nothing relevant came up. Just feels like it could be a lot more user friendly with some actual user research
