it was great for a couple years when I could actually log in. but it's been a few months and haven't been able to. sad you guys make money off us and yet don't care to make sure we are happy.

It suggested I update the App . After, that I then tried uninstalling and reinstalled the app . But, still it would not let me log in, or allow me to reset my forgotten password . I waited over 5min for a security code to be sent via email . And received nothing. Just like the old app. What a waste of time and data. this has been going on since last year.

App keeps giving error, "Cannot save, server error" when trying to attach the photo. If I uninstall the app and reinstall it, it will then work for one submission only and will give me the error message for the next one. Incredibly frustrating!

Great app, easy to navigate but for months now after each update it tells me I need to update the app or I can't login. I'll uninstall it and install it and restart the phone and still doesn't solve it. After a few days it just works 🤷 this has happened several times and it's annoying so I knocked off one Star.

Terrible app, constantly crashes, will allow you to enter all info to claim then won't save or submit claim. It's roulette Uninstalling itand reinstalling it, sometimes it allows you to submit 1 claim but most of the time it won't. Maybe try hiring a child to build the app... they might do it better.

Worst app in history. I have to uninstall the app and reboot the phone. When it's done I re-install the app and I can log in one time. The second time I have to repeat the process. It's is happening years ago and they can't fix it. Ridiculous.

Would love to check the status of my benefits with this company but unless I'm using a computer or laptop when signing in it won't accept my password. I use my phones data or apps on my phone. So this really suck for me that I can only use an alternative with the same login info ad it works.

It was 5 stars until the app longer enabled me to access information specific to my account. I can only access my union card. I am unable to submit claims. I cannot view my hours. As a new apprentice this is very disconcerting. How long until the app is fixed
