This is a good way to be safe and know that you are covered for security reasons which are very important to everyone! One thing I don't like is the conflict and questions regarding your email address and your account that is in use. Just keep it simple and you won't have any issues hopefully! 👍

This app doesn't work. Could not compare plans or even see any of the plan choices. Was unable to complete the info needed to utilize the in-app contact us feature because the instructions were superimposed on top of the fields that needed to be completed and there was no way to even SEE what needed completed as well as NO way to complete the fields. Other areas regarding comparing plans (ex PDF file on plan comparisons) just didn't work. You can choose your county but then nothing happened.

Didn’t allow me to enter my PCP's phone number for some weird reason. As soon as I started to type out the number, a red exclamation mark appears with "please enter a valid number" message and wouldn't accept any numerical entries. So, I called the 800 number instead and it took all of 5 minutes. Not sure if I did something wrong but I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience.

They messed up my County Residence, and on 4 different occasions, they thought they corrected but it NEVER took. 5 months of dealing with this I get a letter stating that "At this time we are unable to provide insurance coverage to you. I thought ok I will enroll again, and to my surprise under compass it states that I have insurance coverage, with the wrong County and wrong Insurance. My next move tomorrow is going to the State Representative Office and have them take care of it for me.

i love how I could compare specific ones, made it easier to end up switching my insurance based off of new/diff health needs. the ONLY thing I'd add is maybe a picture/little more info on doctor..till then, 4****

Good and convient to have, use for communicating w any state personal affairs that u might need to access. Just make sure that all your name, address, phone number, medical insurance, and social security number entered are correct. Unfortunately I have had sooo much trouble trying to contact the website helpdesk to get this site to accept my social security number! Everything must match up w the data you input. I have called the number 15 x to tell them i want to use my ss # and no one else.
