Every time there's an update and need to do it all again. I won't be wasting any more time and only will do a manual clean. I must have wasted $600 in time to get the lousy programming to work. If your programmers are using a desktop, you need to check it in a smart phone. Shamefully I had that problem with a Verizon app, decided to go in Thu a browser in the same phone and succeeded in connecting. 8/9/24 Finally got it to connect. If updates keep it, good. If not, I wouldn't be a happy camper.

Won't open on my phone. After trying SEVERAL times to open, the stop, wait, send feedback box pops up & no matter what I click, does the same thing as when I try to open the app. Screen flashes the Eureka splash screen like it's going to do something, then nothing. I did all the troubleshooting: clearing cache, clearing storage, allowing all permissions, uninstalling / reinstalling. Nothing changed. Worked on my boyfriend's older Samsung Active. Set schedule but can't reset change orstop it

This app is cool, but it definitely needs work. The robot can be controlled by it, which is nice if you need to turn it on or off while not home, or from another room. Things I don't like: A notification will pop up on my screen from the app, but it says nothing helpful. It will just say "eureka" on the notification. No helpful info on why it's notifying me. Often I have to go find the vacuum and troubleshoot it myself. It doesn't offer much help, and the "cleaning time" section never saves.

The current 2.1.48 version of the app does not connect to a 2.4GHz home [WPA/WPA2] WiFi network (which has zero issues) via a professional grade Mikrotik router, and so will not connect to a brand new, 1 day old, Groove NER300-DS. The specific error is "network anamoly detected". I can connect directly to the robot, so its internal WiFi hardware is working. I have an open ticket with Eureka Support as of this morning (10/21/2020). Feel free to contact me. I will update review when app is fixed.

Third robot vacuum the other two threw themselves down my stairs. So far I like this one learning curve with the app and the robot the only thing is a water tank so it could self fill. It's not a problem i can live without it. There is one fun thing my kitten likes to ride on it.

Good vacuum cleaner. However, I have the following issues: 1. Sometimes the house map is gone and a full house cleaning is required. 2. Sometimes, usually after few days of not working, i start it, it goes a meter away from the charging station, the motor is running but it freezes. Doesn't go anywhere. I need to completely shut it down for it to recover. 3. Recently the power and home button leds suddenly turn off. Again, a complete shut down solves this.

Great vacuum, but this app needs work. I lose my map regularly. Then, in map management, i attempt to reassign the saved house map with rooms. It allows me to delete the new map it attempted to create. I reassign the old one, but it creates a 2nd map with all of the room divisions gone. This happens often. Map management is terrible and frustrating. I cant easily get my vacuum to use the map, it requires a whole new full clean to do so. Edit: I have kept the dock in one position since purchased

Good but could be great! Would love a percentage shown for the battery, ability to edit rooms in maps not currently in use (e.g. edit upstairs map when the vacuum is downstairs), mop-only cleaning option, cancel current job button, and ability to remove areas on maps (I live in a townhouse and the map seems to include areas of my neighbours place which the vacuum will obviously never go)
