Very poor at retrieving information from servers. The town I live in has patchy service but can generally find 2 bars of 4G, however the fact that this app needs to pull parking information from the servers EVERY TIME means the app becomes unusable. This is especially frustrating when attempting to extend a parking purchase. More than once I've extended the parking multiple times by accident because the app's attempts to retrieve data take far too long and times out.

Fairly widely used here, so good one to have. Frustrating that it doesn't store card details, having to type in every time is a pain. Can be hit and miss with finding the nearest parking code; always double check. Good reminders, bit annoying you can't tell it not to have the notification at the top all the time. Easy to use interface in general.

Quite often you think you've paid but you haven't. The app is very complex taking you through a lot of different screens and steps, requiring you to enter payment information "every" time without the option of Google pay or storing your details. As mentioned on several times we have been led to believe we've paid but the app hadn't taken the payment and we've been lumbered with a fine even though we've been convinced we paid. But of course it's very hard to prove and the apps UX is so terrible.

The most awful app. Can't register so have to stand in a carpark to set up. But does not let you pay for parking (which it says you have to do before you can have an account) because you don't have an account. Why would you want to register bank cards out in the open, over data usage when to set up on WiFi in the security of your home much easier. Cant set up in your home, as you have to pay for parking you don't require when home!!!! Bonkers Developers reply does not work. You need a receipt

The app used to be great as you could see the price of the parking at the stage of selecting timeframe Now you need to select duration and then only get the price at the next screen Basically the most recent update has been a step backwards Also why am I having to pay a convenience fee parking at some car parks and not other. Makes me not want to use the app at all

this service doesn't always work... unreliable and a bit of a hassle when you arrive at a parking location. constantly getting an error message and to contact MiPermit to report the issue. if it does eventually work you are charged a 10p fee for the additional effort you make paying for parking. To the admin team please get rid of the bugs in your app, it has potential but it can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes to pay for parking.

Saves having to stick a permit in your windscreen, BUT the visitor permits functionality is lacking - we have one permit we regularly assign to the same visitors and each time we have to re-enter their numberplate. It would be great to have a list of favourites to instantly switch it over. Edit: thanks for the response. If that button could be available when changing an annual visitor permit (not adding a day one) it would be great.

Payment list and invoices are arriving with 1 or 2 days latency. If you want text warning, of the near end of your parking ticket, you have to pay extra cost. The program should have two factors authentication or/and fingerprint recognition because you can save your bank card details in the program. How I see the privacy issues with this program I am not sure it's sending the bank card details encrypted. The program does the job but somehow the user interface is not obvious.
