Does not give me a notification someone's calling unless I have it open, unlocked and screen is on. I have all permissions allowed, background usage allowed and battery saving off. Acceptable, but lost notifications so I'm missing calls. Can't conference via app, only blind transfer. Great for if you're stepping away from the desk IF you're receiving notifications.

I'm using softphone, this app is useless inbound calls don't work on lockscreen or when browsing away even app still active on the navigation page. Our end users including myself are frustrated missing important calls. With other ongoing issues over 5 yrs we plan to discontinue and move forward with another phone system solution.

Works great for knowing who is calling you from the office and for direct extension dials. Frustrating that calls are randomly disconnected although it shows the call time still going, neither person can hear the other and after waiting awhile it then hangs up. Missing calls from coworkers (and your boss) just to receive a notification of a missed call but it never actually rang!

They slightly improved it recently, but there are still basic features that don't work, like turning the screen off, when putting it to one's ear or not beeing able to use the microphone in a bluetooth headset while taking a call... Sorry, for how much money they are making with the service fees one would think they program it better!

For those with a Google Pixel and struggling with swiping from the edges, you can just tap the tabs to pull out the side menus. If having issues, try updating "Android System WebView" app to fix it. Phone will ring even when the app isn't running but won't pop-up a way to answer the call. I have to long press on the icon and choose "pause app" in order to prevent it from ringing. The previous versions running on server v8 had no issues on my Nexus 5x. Terrible coding.

Takes control of volume so you can't change the volume from the side buttons. Often glitches out so you can't answer a call while in soft phone mode. Often drops voice completely so you cannot hear the caller and they can't hear you. Often misses calls entirely, but then notifies you that you missed it (happens even with the app open). All of these issues are temporarily fixed by restarting your phone, but you won't know when it's bugged out again until you've missed a call.

Since the update 9.1.311 the feature of showing ring group information stopped working. On the previous version you we're able to see from which ring group what call you are receiving. call quality is not that good and setting up the app takes a lot of time as an engineer. The app isnt user friendly because some features are not that obvious to end users. Like changing the status or creating a new status. The app also uses alot of battery power which is mentioned in other reviews.

Calls are consistently dropped and I cannot even hang up thosecall. It shows the call time continuing but the call is deas. When given the soft phone or native phone option, while we have been given the direction to use soft phone, I receive an error saying it is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Very, very unreliable. There are other improvements, as others have stated, that could be made, but I would give it 4 stars if it would just work properly for incoming/outgoing calls.
