Using 2 devices more than 3 years without a problem. The position always good. I had some issues with battery change, and connection lost with my Bluetooth after it, but that's all. The support is very helpful, easy to communicate with them, they answer as early as they can. I you have a problem you can send them videos or screenshots easily and they try to find a solution.

Opened the app after the latest update and the map is completely gone and it's forcing me to get a subscription in order to view the trackers location. Previously it just worked with a $20 per year simcard. Now it wants an $80 usd subscription just to use the app. Don't buy anything from this conpany

Fantastic app refresh! It was functional before, but now it's nicely polished and with some added features too. Well done Monimoto team!

So far it's a two, and that's assuming I will get support. App is buggy. Message us option, after app restart, has for no reason relocated out of Help section to a second (why two?), almost empty Settings screen that you can only come across by accident (Device menu, top-right side profile icon that doesn't take you to profile, About section). Device is not connecting to GSM network and is thus so far quite useless. 10 minute setup is very far from true in my experience.

What a great piece of kit! Beautifully simple to setup, and it worked first time perfectly - I slightly moved the bike and 30 second's later my phone was ringing :-) It's exactly what I wanted in an alarm, and gives me great peace of mind. Well worth the relatively low purchase price and annual cost. The alarm has been very well thought out, as have the app and guides. Well done Team Monimoto 👍

I had my tracker for approximately 2 years. Tracker works perfectly! Very sensitive, if the bike is even rocked by hand it calls you. If it's moving you get text messages with the location. I don't see the point in paying £250 and a subscription for other trackers. Customer service is the best I've experienced, I've not used the tracker for a while, I was unable to pair with my phone. They had me up and running in 5 mins from when I messaged them. Thank you Luka 👍🏻

There is no negative thing I could say, I love the product and the knowledge that the device will alarm if there is anything about the motorcycle, keeps me calm. It never gave me false alarms and I receive the notification so quick every times. The main positive thing, that it calls you, to get your attention and it is not too expensive. The staff is so kind and helpful. They responded me in few minutes, while at other support teams you must wait weeks or more and often they do not reply. Just keep up your work!

I use it in my car ,and the motorcycle. It's efficient , effective and reliable. The product was sensitive enough to trigger a notification...... vehicle moved 6 metres because someone forgot to apply the parking brake ! I like to see a tougher attachment ring on the remote , securing it to a keyring works fine but an improvement would bring more confidence. I've recommended this product to relatives & friends, it's great value.
