Issues with creating account right off the bat. Everything was good. Until trying to review privacy policies and terms of use. Those 2 items cover buttons we need to move forward. However, after reading privacy, could not advance. Attempting to go back to complete the application kicked me off to very first page. Thereby deleting everything I just entered. Will deal with it later. Honestly, no time for screwy apps. SORRY!

App barely functions on lower end phones and is basically just the website but worse. The "text therapy" is a pitiful excuse for help & comes across like a bot with how canned every response is, and nearly everything seems to be beyond their scope. You are genuinely better off telling your problems to a friendly pet, they will offer more support. "Text therapy" coaches basically just send you links to mindfulness guides & disregard 90% of what you say. I could go on & on but am out of characters

Terrible app. The UI is super glitchy and the app crashes nearly every time a button is clicked. It constantly asks me to register even though I am already registered and won't allow me to use any functions because it thinks I'm not registered. I even tried clicking the register button and got told I was already registered. This app needs serious help.

The app works about 75% of the time. Sometimes it opens and is just a blank screen. Or, you click on a link and it becomes blank and never changes. A forced restart only occasionally helps. It's pretty frustrating to need help and not be able to get any because the app doesn't work.

**Not working** All I see is "Return to homepage" I don't believe this bug is environment/meaning clearing the cache, and reinstalling won't help. Either this is genuinely not a MVP product (its not a functional), or there is a critical bug in the software. I doubt it is an MVP because this is a very small app and requires very little storage to install. 3mbs is a really small amount for an app. However, maybe the release was done incorrectly. Nonetheless, its currently not a functional app.

For being a well being borderline mental health services portal app, I find this disappointing. The screens at times stayed blank for so long the app acted like it crashed but would pop up at the last second before hitting back button. The links mostly just stay on the menu screen. Use back button if you get stuck on profile menu. Other buttons didnt work. Worst app I have ever used. Edit: The white screens take 1 to 3 minutes to load, I think they hope you'll give up while waiting.
