Was a pretty decent app, but just like many other reviews it got updated and now never opens and only has loading dots that even when left alone for 15 minutes didn't load. Restarted, re-downloaded, used wifi / no wifi and just does not work. Not worth your time. If your company uses this do not expect much from it. If they can fix the issue I will probably update my review, but for now it's straight garbage

If I could give this app no stars I would. I have contacted them about the fact that I cannot log in no matter what I try (android, apple, uninstall then reinstall, letting other people successfully login, ect.) to no avail. I know I am using the correct username and password. I log onto the computer just fine. Customer service is terrible. Update: Today (12/22/20) was the first time with MONTHS OF TRYING that I could actually log in the app. 1 more star for the accomplishment.

Probably one of the slowest crappiest apps I've ever used. Don't believe me, you give it a try. It is practically useless. It takes minutes instead of seconds to do anything. Just about anything you want to do is either not available or is so much easier on the computer application. I hate that my job uses this program and it is my only choice when I'm not at work. Should get 0 stars!

Great app when it worked. All I see is blank white screen. Since the recent update (5/14/2021) it is still a blank white screen, but now when I press the back button it brings me to a blank calendar. I'll give it a few more weeks then I'm deleting the app for good. Sucks because I hate using the desktop version on my phone and computer.

The app is consistently stuck on the load up page. I have to constantly go to the website to see my schedule. 10/28 Just called customer service. The woman took my name number and the hospital I work for. She didn't provide me with any type of ticket number or confirmation of my request. All received was an email detailing why I called and when I called.

The app updated and now I can't log in. I've called customer service and they said bc I am the only case, they basically can't help me. I know of others who are having issues with the app and have not called. Please call if you are experiencing this as well. I cant be the only one!! Very frustrating 😕

This app is horrible. I haven't been able to login for over two months, despite updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling it multiple times. I keep getting an error message saying my username and/or password is incorrect, which I know is incorrect since I can log on without issue on my mobile web browser and computer

I am very disappointed with this app. My hospital just started using. I have an HTC U 11 and the app will not load. I have called and emailed customer support and the problem is not fixed it's been over 2 weeks. I have to log into the webpage from my phone which makes it hard to see my schedule. 4/16/19. App still doesn't work on my phone it's been 8 months. no emails from tech support either. I have to view the full webpage on a mobile screen which is very difficult. 11/22/19. It Works!
