flawed app. the way i can pay and get membership points only through saving my card in the app, and telling the cashier the number (2 digit number, the chances of getting it right is high). this makes the whole transaction and my card very vulnerable to other people using it. its not about the measures you ask your staff to enforce, it will help to a certain extent but the problem is still here. you could have increased the number of digits we have to recite, or used a qrcode system instead.

After the update, im logged out and unable to check my previous records. My points are all gone and lost as well. Does the update come with migration of data? The app has no payment method or account tied to it now. Support page doesnt work as well. Please get better programmers. Before rolling out an overhaul update, please at least let the user know in advance. The store location also doesnt auto save anymore. From a simple app experience to a chaotic one. So much for a loyalty app??

Got logged out after the latest update. Auto location does not work even I given permission to the app. Even manual selection of location is not working well, as got to "save" instead of just selecting the correct location. (Most of the 5* reviews are hilarious and highly sus. All conveniently posted on same dates. Go figure.)

App could not detect my location. Checked that GPS was on and mobile data was fine on other apps. The entire app was non-functional as a result. All my accumulated loyalty points are rendered useless.

As most people have already reviewed, the updated version logged many users out of their own account. And it seems that there is simply no way to retrieve the account back. You will be better off using PayWave methods to make payment. Anyway the points system is ridiculously hard to achieve. Poor UX/UI on the whole.

Tried to use the app for the 1st time today for getting the promo $0.80 deal but was transaction was not able to get through at the counter. Just don't understand what's so difficult or what's wrong with the apps. Ends up paying full price for the coffee as it didn't work and jamming up the queue

Tried to add 5 different credit cards and none of them can be added. UI and message is confusing, what is "Leave"?? Did this app go through a close and open beta before rolling out to public? Would be expecting Payment to show my payment history and not add payment methods. Add payment should not even be accessible from main menu because this feature is only accessed after which u access rarely or once in a while.

Have been using the app for > 1yr smoothly until recently i was not able to make any order via app. The staff mentioned that there was an issue with my card. Tried to amend/delete the card details but failed. Reinstalled app but still failed. Ya kun staff said to contact bank instead...but there was no changes to my card so far...such a pity that i cant collect my points!
