App is mediocre at best. To make much more user friendly, I would like to see the USB files listed like a media player instead of only being able to go forward, back, or pause with only the current song listed. We need a better way to be able to go through the folders and songs on the USB. Especially with a large amount of files saved. Imagine how hard it is and how much time it takes to skip through 12,000 songs 1 at a time. 🙏 Please fix this ASAP! 🙏

Took two tries to pair, but works adequately. I would love to see an option to download and push a firmware update to the radio so I could see the clock on the head unit while Bluetooth linked to my phone, the display won't change to the clock, it just shows the phone model or recent calls list, which is pretty useless. Head unit is the Dual XDM290BT. Edit: I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Also you don't have to have the app to use the Bluetooth feature on this radio, just pair phone normally.

If I could rate this app zero stars, I would. I install an entire stereo for my mom in her car, specifically just for the Bluetooth function, all to find out you cannot use Bluetooth without this app. Ok, whatever, I went through all the work, I might as well just deal with it. I COULD NOT get it to work even once. All I could do was turn the radio on and off. Bluetooth wouldn't connect. This was simple, make it so Bluetooth devices could connect to the radio, no app involved. Yall messed up...

I mean it's actually kind of nice to have an app don't get me wrong so I'm going to give it four stars my biggest complaint about the stereo itself is the fact that I can't change the channels with the knob I have to keep pressing the button the same thing in app if you could put like a slider function for the radio selection so I can skip across the whole band quickly I love that thanks another thing I'd like to see is a double tap on presets to go through fm bands.

This app needs work like a homeless person. Lots of it. My experience has been pretty much awful with this one of the few times it's actually been able to connect to my radio I turned the volume all the way up and went into the grocery store before turning it down not thinking that it wouldn't be connected when I came back out and since then my stereo has been suck on max volume.. My stereo is now stuck on mute till the app to size it wants to help me turn the volume down

Do not buy the stereos or use this app it's useless and it's just data collection that's why it is so cheap steer clear I bought the newer dual Bluetooth stereo hoping that it will hold the time but this one also does not hold the time and the app does not work half the time it just loads forever will definitely take it back for a refund not to mention both the older and this newer one wipes out all your settings periodically very frustrating stereo also has a loud and louder hun when use dimmer

Rating would be higher if it had an option to use the phone all other functions seam to work flawlessly except the Bluetooth function now I am working with a xdm17bt car stereo head unit from dual and all other functions appear good but it should have a phone interface option and it's crazy that in order to work it I had to download this app and yet Bluetooth is not supported explain that one ..

Honestly the whole stereo is a waste of money, I've had mine since my birthday in March (2021) and I have only been able to use it for around 3 months total. CDs constantly get stuck (brand new) my phone won't connect even with the app, and my radio doesn't work at all. Then of course there's the problem of it not turning off when the vehicle is off which has ran my battery down multiple times. If I could I'd replace it but can't afford it. I gave 2 stars because when it worked I did enjoy it.
