I really enjoy this game. Pros: Lots of puzzles to do, game and on-site rewards, cute aesthetics, the music is nice (though repetitive after a while), the dress-up aspect. Cons: Some of the puzzles feel like they rely on sheer luck to win, there are graphical glitches, the expensive microtransactions The story feels off. I feel like all the characters are pretty rude to each other for no reason. The side story plots, all of which I've completed, also feel strange. Maybe it's just the writing

The mailbox reverted back to the old design after I upgraded it and has been stuck like that since. As for my review proper, the best thing about the game is the lack of ads. Beyond that, the game gets tedious, and the customization becomes more limited as the story progresses. The flashy graphics might distract you from its flaws, though. Typical mobile game overall.

The game is a basic match 3 game. However. The Neopass integration is buggy. In the middle of a round, the Neopass window will pop up and request me to sign in again. Connection will also be lost occasionally at the end of a round causing me to have to play again. Notifications for on site rewards will not go away as I'm being prompted to claim the reward, but already have. Clicking on it will just give an error. Overall, a pretty buggy game.

Buggy with constant connection errors and graphics glitches. I keep having to "buy" the same set of clothes over and over. The gameplay is nothing special or unique, it's like every other match 3 out there. The story is boring and dialogue is poorly written. It's pretty frustrating and odd that you can't choose or customize 90% of the story world upgrades (e.g. you can determine the style of the welcome sign but not the color of the walls). Feels slapped together really.

EDITED REVIEW: ok so the game finally came out, and it *mostly* works. The story is charming, and the actual gameplay mechanics are fun and cute. That being said I constantly have to redo levels, sometimes 5+ times because the app has connectivity errors. The voice acting for Luxinia has a weird inflection that turns maddening when you have to hear it after EVERY level completion. "Oh? Yay! Uh, well done!" In the most confused and out of breath voice every level. I wish I could turn just it off

I enjoy the variety of match game mechanics like filling in paintings etc. as well as the combos and character skills. I am not a fan of the art design for some characters. The overall art vibe is like princess castle kids toy, which was expected, but is not my favorite. The UI is great tho! There have been some menu bugs & disconnecting. Currently the weekly/timed "event" buttons appear but just send me to my current game level instead of any specific event page or event level

Fun game but A LOT of bugs. Characters disappearing, big pink blocks instead of animation appearing, game not registering that I completed a task or completed a level. Closing and reopening the game is the only solution I've found to these issues. But the game will mess up again just a few minutes later. It won't allow me to collect the rewards for connecting my neopets account either. I would recommend this game after it's gone through a few patches to fix all the bugs.

This game is a pay to win scam. I can pass green levels with only 1-2 moves left, and red ones need at least 900-1200 coins to finish after trying many, many times. I kind of expected this, but it's still disappointing. The story is just placing furniture, which is boring. I started playing for neopets rewards, but neopass does not connect my accounts. The help was useless as they just said working on it... you'd think it should work on launch as it was an advertised feature. Blech.
