This app has completely disappeared from my android phone and will not reinstall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Update: Managed to install app on my Android phone. Once installed, it would not accept my old password. Retro app sent me a temporary password. I've tried numerous times to reset the password and remove temporary one, and it doesn't work. Any suggestions as to how to fix this please?

Broken app. It seems like when there is an update or if I don't open the app every so often it completely throws me out and I can't access anything. I still get emails like my workouts are tracked but it doesn't recognize my log in and it won't send me a password reset link. When I try to make a new account it says there is an account already under my email. It's so annoying I wish I didn't need to use it for my gym log in.

Switched phones and needed to log-in to app. App tells me to enter valid xID or email address. Then tells me the same on the screen to reset my password. I tried setting up a new account thinking this may be a work around but it tells me the email I am trying to use has an account attached to it. Obviously but it won't let me log-in because it says the email is not valid. Absolutely BS. FIX THIS!!!

This app used to be good before covid. Seems like it got the covid virus and never recovered. I have an android phone. I used to be able to register and unregister for classes from this app. I can no longer do this for the past couple of months. When I select a class, I get moved to another screen to select register (or unregister) and it says that there is an error and takes me to some billing screen where i need to log in again. Once I log in again then I still can't register.

It took multiple times of installing and reinstalling before I could get the app to work and not constantly crash. Now weeks later it still takes days for logged workouts to show up on the app and now suddenly all my points have just been erased for no reason. I like the gym itself but not the app thus far... AT ALL.

this app would get more stars from me if the goals and xCapture had more weight lifting geared options. when i record a manual workout, all i can put down is the duration. i can't describe what muscle group i focused on or how much resistance. i do HIIT every day for no longer than 30 minutes. it's not fair for the members like myself that actually utilize almost all of the equipment in the gym. other than that i think the reward system is fun and i feel more motivated to go every day using it.

Great app but since recent update Im getting some of my exercises in tracked workouts, doubled. I have to go back in and manually remove the 2nd logged activity so my points aren't doubled. Today in the middle of tracking a workout set, the app refreshed and everything I logged was gone, then it was there doubled.

Best gym for a quite cheap price, clean , with a lot of classes , stuff and managers are cool kind people. Subscription is super easy . And they always on the listing part if you have any questions or concerns.
