According to the App. My phone is compatible with the App. But when testing it, it does not work. When I press the armed response or the medical button, there is no response. Thanks Secura for helping me. Your services is great and the App. works like a dream.

When I had a crisis and pushed the panic butten they were quick to send a response & give useful advice. During, they phoned at regular intervals to check up on the situation. It works as advertised, & the customer service is very professional. - I do wish that there was a panic button widget that I can place on my home screen instead of having to open the app then wait for it to find me before I the button becomes active. It is a good and affordable security solution. I definitely recommend it

Responder both on the call and the security who came were both very pleasant and helpful. It did take 30 minutes for a security to finally arrive though. Much too long. We had two other security companies pop up on the map reflecting as "on the way" but they then disappeared before the one who actually showed up

I tested the app and recieved a phone call shortly after. Such a great idea. Only thing I don't like is that after I tested the app there is a "panic activated, tracking enabled" notification on my locked screen which won't go away even though I cancelled the "panic" button.

I've never had to use the app for an emergency, thank goodness, however I have accidently held the panic button without realising the app had opened and someone phoned me within seconds, it must have been under a minute. He addressed me by name, I told them it was an accident and he asked me a security question to make sure it was me. I was super impressed and I feel safer knowing that I have help at my fingertips if I need it.

Awesome, the response time is phenomenal, I always receive a call within seconds of pressing the panic button even if it is just a test and the control room staff are very pleasant as well, this is the best must have app I would recommend to anyone

I had a terrible emergency. Secura informed the correct people got help to us quickly and continued to follow up on the situation. This is a brilliant app to have the support is amazing. I don't know what i would have done without this app on that day.
