The app works when it wants but additional features like the alarm are in the app. I paid more for this model for the app piece so I'm annoyed. Now I can't get back in to change or turn off the alarm. What's the purpose of the music piece? Get this fixed please. This would be an excellent bed if the app worked properly.

app needs my precise location all the time inorder to work using WiFi. Unnecessary. although it does work through Bluetooth without giving China your constant location.

After latest update the app is crashing. Good job. Asking to open location to work but location service is already allowed. Already uninstalled and installed, no change.

App isn't working anymore. It already was a pain to use, but now it asks for location and won't let you use the app even after you've given it permission.

Wrong format of password. Unable to create account, because, no matter what, I get this message. I bought this bed because it had app control. lame

I bought the adjustable base I did BECAUSE it was meant to work with an app, and I know that with a very active small child in the house, the safety of remotes is sometimes dicey. However, I cannot - and I suspect you, dear reader, cannot - use the app. This is because it requires you to start an account with a password, and then doesn't tell you the format the password needs to be in - just repeatedly tells you you're using the wrong one and to try again. No support appears to be available.

Seriously why have us create a login and password for an app that doesn't remember that our bed is Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Every time you load the app you have to go through the process all over again. Definitely going to be looking for a different company the next time I purchase any kind of bed equipment. Extremely disappointing
