This app worked fine. Then it was updated. it now doesn't function. New password, accepted, not recognizing. x10 crazy. Trying to get back into a usable app. No help from Staff. Nada, zip....

The benefits you get both with the app and with the membership are great. However, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it refused to update (the Google Play Store *insisted* it was the most recent version, but the app said it needed to be updated regardless), and getting the card that lets you get gas discounts to work properly is way too much of a hassle for NO REASON. I have to send an email with proof that I entered the right information, even though I know I did.

I really don't have anything bad to say about the rewards program... the only thing is when they are doing upgrades/fixes to the system I end up not getting my reward points, other than that I have no issues with it... UPDATE: I'm still not getting my stache points. I give it 3 stars right now because I go to Dandy alot and spend quite a bit of money and don't get my points once this problem is fixed then I'll rate it higher.

Love Love Love my dandy app! I get so many free soda, pizzas, and fountain drinks. Also, I get alot of points that i redeem for money off gas or food in store. Definitely adds up if you use your rewards number every time you go to dandy.

Everything has been great with the app until this most recent update. I followed all of their instructions reset my password and I've still lost out on nearly 20000 points. Now the app is completely non functional and all the points that I've saved up are now just lost in limbo apparently. I would appreciate this getting fixed so I can use the points that I've spent hard earned money to get.

I love the dandy app when it works. I have not been able to use my discount or get any deals because no matter what I do the app will not open. I have deleted, reinstalled, cleared caches and history etc.... multiple times and the app sits and spins. I have over 25,000 points that I planned on using for a pizza that I now can not get to.

Been saving points and changed them in for 20cents off a gallon went to use the points and they tell me I have to link my checking account to the app .... Ummmm absolutely not that's ridiculous it's stupid u have to use your bank account to get that deal but nothing else. Can use the app and points card to get store deals but not gas deals wth it's not worth having ! Especially if u were paying with cash or a credit card they would still get paid I'm deactivating mine soooo not worth it!!!!
