The app used to be spot on and worked smoothly. Since June I haven't been able to complete my order through the app. I have to leave the app and order through my web browser which is inconvenient. I don't understand why the app will let me check points and past transactions. When I tried ordering it works until it time to pay and it will not process the payment and tells me to remove the invalid item from my order. 2 items from the menu and a tip nothing invalid.

I love that you could order more than one item. When using your lagniappe Money ( Rewards ) Cause usually you could only order one item a Day. I order what I wanted with no problem. I picked Curbside & didnt have to wait long

Thank You, I can finally use the app to order food. Please keep it like this because I have lost too many rewards and had just stopped using it and would just call in my orders. Now this is so much easier. really appreciated!!!

Great location here in Covington. I eat here a few times a month and food is always excellent! Nice feel at this location with the new decor which has a much different feel than Copelands in the past. Food is sooo good for the price.

the card cost $10. You then get $15 worth of purchases as a credit. You soon will earn additional things like free cheesecake and more money. Not to mention the birthday present that they help you celebrate with.

App has defect with purchasing Caesar salad. App didn't deduct free cheesecake for promotion. App didn't notify restaurant had an appetizer that was paid for as unavailable. Restaurant didn't refund for appetizer or dessert. Order wasn't ready when promised. Took additional half an hour to receive meal.

The food great but the problem comes in i have called both phone numbers because I caint come inside an phone just rings for long time still no answer horrible when it comes to this !!!!!with only 4cars in parking lot not even busy just opened really were the help when u need them ?????

Batch 13 sold me a Lagniappe card that has already been registered, thus I am unable to use the card I purchased. Out of fairness to the business, Im waiting a week for a response before I call my bank to dispute the charge. Have eaten at Batch13 twice, and told to use this App to clearup the issue.
