This was the most frustrating app I've ever used to fill out medical paperwork. It took a total of 3 attempts to fill out 16 pages of information. The first of which I had filled out 10 pages and all of the information was deleted. I was so angry. Also, while I filling out the forms my answers would randomly be changed or deleted. Some sections you would rate by a number scale indicated by "bubbles". The answers continued changing on their own. I was almost in tears! Horrible and frustrating!!!

I love this app. It saves me unnecessary or excessive trips to many offices. Free signature, copy, and design options for documents for the sender and receiver. Creates a reliable business foundation, and is very appealing if you want the cutting edge tech look for doing business. Very savvy and worthy of downloading. Thank you 😊

Certain fields would just not fill up. A message "you clicked outside the box" pops up. I think it is a poorly designed app where even support team tells you "you must have clicked outside the box"! Dude, don't you think I tried clicking it left and right before connecting with the "support" team?!

I had to fill out the document I was using it for, twice. The first form filled out got lost somewhere in digital space, apparently, and I was never sent an emailed a copy of the form I filled out, which, I made sure that feature was ON. There is not a feature on the app to go back to a copy of the completed form to make sure it was sent correctly. So I have no means on the app to save or check back on the form I completed since the app did not send a copy to my email or save it in any way.

You must down load pdf filler when using this app. It's best if the link is provided to your email for the document. Only if both apps are installed will you be able to access your documents. I had a hard time but was eventually able to. Live chats are no help and contact number is invalid.

Very useful and convenient especially now a days however pages does come up slow. What you're typing not visible until after it's typed and you move the tab forward. Not able to see as you're typing makes it hard to make corrections at the time of typing.

Extremely repetitive and did not allow you to say that the information they'd gathered on the patient was the same as the insured. One of the boxes did not have an area to say that it was not caused by any accident but then it wanted you to put in a date for the non-existent accident. Also, it didn't have a place to put that you didn't gain or lose any weight but then it wanted you to put in how much weight you didn't gain or lose. Very rough product.

First off It wouldn't let me view the documents and then after 20 min of bac and forrh clicking OK , I got a signature box and thought I was getting somewhere with step by step tutorial it decided I was done and sent my unverified documents that needed more than a signature and also needed 2 more documents. I have no idea where my signature just went, but I know for a fact it didn't go to the IRS and or the Treasury dept as I never entered a email... I going to lose alot over this.
