The app constantly notifies me of purported available shifts I click on the shifts literally within 30-60 seconds get routed to the app poof nothing. All day everyday. I uninstall & reinstall. Run updates. Same scenario every single day. Every once in awhile it works. This is draining. It's 2023. Get some proper IT personnel to run an efficient app. It should not be this hard. Beyond frustrating and irritating.

The app is fairly easy to use and works a majority of the time. One of the bugs in my opinion is when a message pops up in the inbox if you hit okay, it disappears. It needs a save function or have shifts to pick up /notices in 2 separate folders. Alicia was very helpful when I called in for help with a time slip issue.

The new app sucks. My inbox has been empty several times even though the shift shows on my home screen. I'll literally be inside a facility and not be able to clock in because it says I'm not there. Shifts come into the app one after another so while attempting to clear my inbox I've accidentally picked up shifts and had to immediately cancel because I wasn't trying to accept the shift.

Fantastic App. Easy and self explanatory to use. All Staffing Agencies need to get/use this app. They are just falling behind otherwise. This app relieves so many headaches I've had dealing with other agencies. I now, couldn't work with an agency that doesn't use this app or similar. Easily input and edit your work availability. Which in turn give you the best opportunities for work request. Keep all your employment documents in one place and reminds you before needing updating. Great App 👍👍👍

The app is not working after its update. will not let me clock in/out. Even with my location on ( says to leave it on ALL the time, which is ridiculous). It drains phones battery. Something is ALWAYS wrong with it. It closes out and stops working whenever you try to do ANYTHING, just very annoying. If i didnt need it for my agency I would delete it all together.

Can't request/decline shift because when you scroll to the bottom, it doesn't stay to allow you to make a selection. Also, please add a feature to select multiple days of availability instead of one day at a time. Update 2/5/23 Down to 1 star. App is irrelevant. Constantly getting shift notifications but can't get the details quick enough to select the shift. The shifts, magically, disappear or there's an extremely long delay, by the time you see the details, the shift is no longer available.

It's great so far. The pay for the agency is good because they pay you the same day typically after the shift. The only issue I'd like to point out is that the inbox doesn't show all the requests for shifts. It used to, but maybe it's a bug. Please fix. I also think there needs to be a list of shifts menu (so you can scroll through them without having to patiently wait for a notification for a shift just to pop up )

"New" App came out today. Made such a big deal about it all week. I updated it just now and.... it's exactly the same. It just changed design. The features aren't any better. It's a bad design at that. LOOKS CARTOONY. The old design was a little more professional. I was hoping to see an update on the features of the app. Like sorting the messages by date or location; keeping an inbox of previously composed inquires for our record. Maybe record of timeslips submitted. They should have asked us .
