Unfortunately, this app is useless for me. There's no way to order my favorite smoothie, Crazy Bee (add orange sherbet). They need to have a 'create your own' option or at least offer all menu options, even the "secret" menu options. I even tried to customize a different smoothie to make it similar to the one I want, but when I tried to substitute two different ingredients I was only able to pick one substitute for the two. So now I keep missing out on earning rewards.

This apps trash. It used to be fine, and I'd order ahead all the time, but now they've changed it. which basically means you have to confirm your pick-up location, but you can't because the bar covers the confirm button. You have to add the payment method during checkout, but you can't because there is no way to confirm your payment. You can't find half the menu, not that there is much to pick from since they removed most of the options. There's no point in going here anymore with all the issues

Clunky app. The worst part is that I'm unable to use the remaining balance on the gift card. I have $20 on the gift card, but if the order is over that, it won't let me use the gift card as a payment (and pay the difference with a credit card). Unbelievable that the app doesn't allow that simple function.

After the update/layout change, I can't order ahead anymore because it refuses to accept my card. Has an option to "Favorite" locations (I only go to the same one), but no option to view them or shortcut to it. You have to enter your location and select it each time. What's the point then? Also there's no option to just view the menu without ordering, and you can't check nutritional facts. You have to go to the store to check. Useless app.

Before updating the app, I had no issues. After paying for my order online today, it suddenly switched the location to a different state. The number I was given to call and cancel was not what was needed to get a refund. They will steal your money with sudden Location changes after you confirm the correct location and pay.

Glad to know I'm not the only one with an issue. I thought I wasn't "using" it correctly but my points never update (despite spending $30+ per visit for acai bowls). My "welcome" reward is still showing but not usable when the store looks up my account. And the pre-order function does not have the entire menu so I still have to wait until I arrive at the store to order.

This app is too buggy! My visa payment cards used to work in the app, now they don't work. I can go in the store and it accepts them, but the app doesn't seem to accept it. Not to mention app doesn't keep proper track of my points...I have to uninstall then reinstall app in order for my real points to show up. Awful app changes...

What's the point of an app when there's zero connection between the app's account and in-store account? The app ONLY serves as an online ordering platform. Other smoothie locations have a FULLY functioning app that FULLY integrates with the store. Because another account has to be made for the app, users timately have 2 completely separate accounts. It seems as if the purpose of the app is to proclaim that they have an app, not much else. Totally Pointless and problematic.
