Couldn't log in on the old ipass manager app. Changed my password. Still couldn't log in. I could log in on the browser just fine, but it Locked me out for 30 minutes every time I tried on the app. I uninstalled and found it doesn't exist anymore, which is why I'm here. No notification at all. The old app was made by the same company, why didn't they just update it? Typical tollway bs. They don't care at all just give them free money.

Overall, the app is well designed and works well except for one major exception. if you have to add a rental car while out of state you are out of luck as it does not work. App also expects all times to be based on Central time zone even if you're in a different one.

I cannot get into the app cause of wrong password and after resetting the password still cannot get in. i tried looking to contact someone but all I get is an email which I'll probaby wont hear back in a couple of days. Also had problems when getting my transporter scanned at tolls. All that money and cannot upgrade the system.

Ipass is a joke. Everytime I need to reload it won't let me login. Then it tells me to create my account. Which I already have. Then it tells me I don't have authorization to access my account even though I am the account holder. So I thought i would see if the app would be better. Nope. Can't log in and fells me to go to website where if won't let me log in either.

The trip calculator should be very prominent It sitting behind five different lengths before you can find it. That's just stupid. And it says you can click for your start and stop that is not true It does not recognize a mouse click at all.

Third-party provider company not official state of Illinois representation or business running this app. if something goes wrong with your credit card information or with this app the state of Illinois is not responsible for anything relation to whatever problem you have. Or at least that's what a tollway employee told me. I am inclined to believe them. Also since this app updated it has not work well at all. In fact it sucks now. It worked halfway decent before the last update.

Can't log in anymore. Says my email account is not a valid account. Does recognize my security question. This in spite of the fact that my daughters middle name has not changed. App is junk. Illinois, we can do much better.

Love using I-PASS and not worrying about stopping and paying the tolls. It's makes traveling smooth and relaxing. I would recommend getting one.
