The app was working great until about 2 months ago. now it can never connect to my pump. I tried even clearing the cache and the storage and the app but now I can't even log in.

Worked fine until recent update, now crashes every time I try to run it. Update: uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue, for now. I'm sure I'll have to do it again at some point though. Update: yep, I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. It'll work for a week or so before it just crashes every time and needs to be reinstalled.

1 Star only because you cannot select 0 Star. This app was always glitchy, but this latest update is even worse. Cannot login, account is gone and cannot pair with pumpspy after putting in pair mode. To add insult to injury, I got a message that pumpspy has lost internet connection. It would be really great if they could get this figured out as it's a really great concept, just can't get a reliable app to connect to it.

11/24 Update: in a word, horrible. Installation was easy and fast, but soon after...it just crashed UPDATE: The PumpSpy support was outstanding and fixed my issue quickly. To date, it has worked FLAWLESSLY and I recommend to anyone with any concerns. Update: after a couple of years, it pretty much worked until 2 days ago. Now ot just does not connect to their servers and I have not been getting alerts anymore. I downgraded to 3 stars for the years it worked. Might just be end of support.

Crashing. Have to have the app for the tool to be functional. Hopefully a reinstall will fix it. Advice was to clear the cache. Nope. I have to uninstall and reinstall every few months. UPDATE Here's the claim from the website - "Easy to Use & Always On" It fails on the device occasionally after a power fail and on the app about once a month. Update 2021- never buy this product because the software doesn't work.

EDIT: ~7 months into attempting to use the app, nothing has changed. Lowered rating as I was previously holding out hope literally anyone would fix this, a third-party developer would be hired, or someone would reach out. Real bummer. Completely unable to use app or connect to devices. Across multiple updates it appears that problem has only gotten worse. Wish I would've known about this before signing up for the more expensive pump.

I've had PumpSpy for my sump pump for about 5 months now, and I've had to reinstall this app at least 5 times since. It periodically just stops working. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. I don't know what the problem is with it, but where this app is also supposed to provide warnings, this is concerning. The last update shown in the app store is from 2019, and given the complaints everyone's been making for this same issue, you'd think they'd be working on a solution. Hopefully soon.

A little unintuitive but you get used to it. It really really needs a setting for gallons per minute bc it's only taking a guess; why bother? We upgraded pumps. Now with less run time, the silly app thinks we're moving less water.🙄 I know what we push in gpm based on pump documentation and lift. So I ought to be able to plug that number in Settings to see accurate gallonage in app, not have to figure it manually by total run time. Such an easy fix. That's an easy +1 star. Howbout an export too?
