After a while, I learned 3 things. 1st, the app is good, but it can be better. 2nd 50Amp Rv is apparently different than a home. 3rd I need some solar. lol How do we fix these "Issues"!?!?! 1st, the app works, but some exstra warnings before power gets shut off would be nice as well, like when voltage is low on line 1 vs line 2 or if they are both low but not yet in the damaging range low, vise versa for if they where high. Maybe this will help prevent the surges, or it is tripping. Good app OA

Very pleased. Looks great, works great. Great piece of mind and I love that I can see details at any time. I was able to use it to monitor my use of AC and microwave at only a 30 AMP campsite.

App is useless. App states invalid format on QR scan on my smart surge protector + epo. It also states invalid format when trying to manual add the unit.

Like app but they need to display data as a function of time ideally on the same xy axis.

I like that it lets me monitor power usage, but I wish it actually let me set up notifications in the event of an issue. The app info for the recent update says "Get alert message from error code," and in the setup it lists notifications and has a D next to it. I don't know what that means, because if I go to my app notifications it says the app does not allow notifications.

The app is great for monitoring loads on my generator and adjusting the demand as needed. Worked well during and after Helene. There is a bug in the app or the autoformer with QR code. The code was not tied to the serial number of the device, so it would not recognize it. I had to manually enter the S/N from the autoformer. Then it worked great.

Works as advertised. Easy interface. Website tells exactly what to expect before I purchased so got no surprise. I bought a spare power/filter card in case the unit does get an over surge and shuts off power to my rig. Nothing confusing about this device and I think options to set limits, time domain data collection spreadsheets etc. as other commenters desire is a waste of time. Deep troubleshooting isn't what this is designed for.

I've been using the watchdog for 2 months now and I have had absolutely no problem. I'm not an app geek or even very fast at using my 3a but I followed the instructions and never missed a beat. It connects as soon as I get within range gives me a readout when I push the scan button, I can flip on power consuming devices in the RV and watch the numbers change so I know exactly how much I'm using on either line on 50 amp. And I can make sure my bill's right at the end of the month. I'm satisfied!
