Unbelievably slow. As in almost half a minute to just load the main screen on a second attempt kind of slow, or taking seconds to just start showing you the waiting animation after a tap kind of slow. Unusable. Don't bother. Just use the mobile web site, which isn't exactly super responsive either, but isn't nearly as terrible as the app.

This app, I used to really like. It worked very well. Since the last update, my points never show up, none of my stays (past, current, future) are listed, and most of the same options are available. The worst part of the app lately is that fact that it doesnt even load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I checked for new updates, but the app just stays on a dark screen once I open it. Why did the app need to be updated. Now I'm thinking I should just delete it. It's a waste on memory now.

The app typically doesn't load up the first time so have to close & reopen, and unless where you're searching is a major city, it typically crashes trying to locate the closest location to said city. Also, the present/current/past stays are not loading. And the stay 2 get 1 night free offer hasn't updated my points as a result to reflect that in the nearly 2 months since my stays to get the free one & customer service says to just wait. Only reason I stay with them is cause of traveling w dogs.

Very low information app. There is nothing to explain anything about the rewards program or to answer any other questions you might have. Also the rewards program is the worst I've ever seen. Most hotels 4-6 nights earns you a free night, on here it takes 15-18 nights. The hotel itself is great just the app and rewards program suck.

So slow it is beyond ridiculous! Just call and reserve because this app stinks because it constantly clocks. Just call and use your number and be very diligent on tracking your points. Past stays just disappear at times as well as points. This app needs some serious work and fixes.

red roof inn is not doing %10 for rediroadtrips nor will take %15 off during your birthday month. even though red roof inn sends advertisements for such promotions, those promotions for 10% ,%15,aarp and much more are false advertisements. you indeed will get double the points during the summer rediroadtrip promotion but they are only offering the standard 6% off on room rates. do the math before you book. still book with them if you like. customer service was no help on issue.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and prompt. I do feel slightly disrespected when they speak in anything other than English in front of guest. But, my experience overall was pleasant. There's security cameras everywhere and the suites have been upgraded and beautiful. The fire pit is an over kill, it gets below 70° here never but it's nice decoration, also completely new remodel on the property adding benches,flowers and tree. I enjoy my stay here everytime for cheap!!

This app has always given me problems. It's very very slow, unresponsive to touch and then will jump around from screen to screen, field to field and then crash. But now that I just updated, it's even worse! All I get is a blank black screen. Nothing!!! Horrible.
