If there was 0 that's what I'd give this app! A lot of bugs, hangs & a lot of bad UX/UI design. This need to be further reviewed and revamped. The unit numbers for example are not even arranged by number per letter. it's hard to find the unit number by scrolling. You can't even type the property by typing as it will return an error in the back end. Not to mention it takes so much time for admins to approve forms. Making this such a useless app altogether.

*Update: The app works on my iphone but not on my primary phone Oppo. * It was ok for a few requests. After that it stopped asking for a pin. I tried using password but even if it's correct, the message "Invalid Credential" shows up. I can't reset my password either since Customer care is not working. I reinstalled it but hangs after the splash screen. Now I can't file requests for my unit.

They listened to my feedback and request. Credit card payment is now easier after the update! Can you please add a dark mode? I'll increase the app rating again if you do.

Terrible app, numerous problems. Buttons are randomly unresponsive. Missing receipts despite emails indicating remittance. Switching between apps causes the session in the app to be invalidated, and the "reload page" sometimes works. This creates problems with visa push notifications via your banking app. The app is poorly organised with a menu for payments, etc, yet you have to go to the inbox > transactions to see payments. list goes on (500 char limit for reviews)

terrible app. Can't access most of it. Sure, I can see my unit but all of my transactions and dues are not matching based on what i paid for. transactions won't go through because the app won't let me pay it . I can't see my official receipts of my unit now as well. I however can see my parking receipts. Like wth?! I paid monthly dues, but how in the world is it showing that I don't pay anything?

Horrible app. Payments declined using the same card with different reasons each time. Ridiculous!

I have tried this app as endoresed by BUILDING PMO for application of Gate Pass and Work Permit, but I cannot push thru on the login, I was always stuck-up on nominating a four digits password, their is a skip buttom but it cannot be click as well. I tried using other phone but again I was stuck up on the step/process on nominating four (4) digits password. with a pop up bar saying "Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again. Please check the app as it suppose to be user freindly and not confusing.

Very clunky and difficult to use. I used forgot password and pin feature, got an email but the link doesn't go to a reset or change password page. Now I can't access my account through the app at all. The website was way better. I don't understand why they replaced it with this app 😒
