The thing I like about roadie is that you can choose which orders to submit offers on, there is no acceptance rating or pressure to accept an order that you do not want to take. It gives both the customer and the driver options and most of the orders are decent to above average pay. The app works pretty well without any glitches. The few areas for improvement would be getting quicker access to instant pay/payment processing time frame, Needs more order volume, needs to add mandatory dimensions.

App needs help. It runs smoothly for the most part, but if you switch apps and switch back to Roadie it always zooms the map out. The addresses are in tiny font and not easy to see. And even on hand-to-customer orders, it still requires you to take a photo and asks if the item is visible in it. How can I take a photo of something I already handed to the recipient? I ususally take a pic of their house or curb numbers. There's more but I'm out of space.

The app is janky in areas without service. You don't make enough money to justify the trip back. The senders seem to never have the orders ready (orders should be a walk up, scan, and go area). I needed immediate help on an order and no one answered the support call leaving the customer irrate. There's no way to do multiple gigs at once. I should be able to route & pickup multiple gigs The senders take forever to confirm the offer. Shouldn't call it an "offer" if we can't change the price.

They only do deliveries for home Depot and CVS as far as I could see but I do enjoy this app. It's simple to use and there's not as many people working it as Uber and DoorDash so the pay is a little better. I do wish that they had the feature to add a trailer to the vehicle you list to use because I would love to pick up larger deliveries but it won't allow me because I have a car but I do have a trailer. Please add this feature

I realized the so called senders or whoever is viewing the offer decides if they want to pick you or not,i have been rejected on hundreds of offers and I know why but I will not say and this app is not worth it at all,how is it a offer if the price is already set?! Anyways it's not the app that needs work it's the senders/vendors that need work! How do us good drivers get work if it depends on the senders/vendors not being bias and not judge off of their personal reasons but allow us to work!

This up it's a great startup whatever since I started with them two years ago everything has changed, for example they used to have an excellent driver chat service and now it's horrible that you have to go through several layers of information in order to get at least one person and sometimes you don't get nobody because there's too many people on the queue Another thing that I used to be much responsive now it just crashed most of the time when you're doing Walmart gigs Get better please.

There's a significant issue with support being on your case when you're working (calling and texting repeatedly if you stop on a route to go to the bathroom, or even to make another delivery in the app!) and being completely unreachable all other times. There is no mileage compensation and the pay is poor. I have had hostile/frightened customers because Roadie does not communicate nearly at all between the drivers, stores, and customers. The app also doesn't work in rural areas without service.

This app worked very well for the first year, and then an update happened. The app was not sending me notifications, I un-installed it and re-downloaded it. I then would get some notifications, but I had to check my phone offten or I would miss notifications/gigs. I did it again, and I am still missing gigs 😢. I just have to watch my phone, I have checked my notification settings, and they are all on. So if you want to make money 💰 watch your phone, don't trust the app! Sadly.
