This app says everything is good. Speed tests show I'm paying 70 bucks a month for less than 10Mb/s. Exetel used to be good, I've had it for years. The last 6 months have been unreliable to say the least. They blame nbn, but nextdoor doesn't have an issue with Australian Broadband. I don't recommend their services.

Useless. It did a scan for 2 minutes and told me there are no alerts on my network. Nothing else, no speed info, nothing.

Don't waste your time on this. It can't fix anything. It's just for show. Should be called 'Exetel Slow Network Scanner', or maybe 'QuickTime Fake Scan to Relieve Pressure on Tech Support'. Just hard reboot your modem, and research better providers on your phone data whilst you wait for the slow to become slightly less slow.

Doesn't work if modem is behind behind a wireless router. Exetel were having a NSW wide problem with some overseas line so I got this app. It couldn't connect, despite local internet being fine. The problem was fixed and the app connects and does a network scan, saying non-exetel modem detected and gives wireless details of the 8 aerial ASUS unit that is needed to get decent coverage, with the tiddly Exetel unit just used for nbn connection. The modem check says it connects, but never completes.

ExeFix scanned my network to give bad advice to buy/upgrade Exetel products. This has rocked me because I thought Exetel was one of the more trustworthy ISPs. I've never felt more naive about my tech choices until just now. I wasn't considering changing ISPs until just now either.

How this can be anything other than a scam? It claims my connection is poor and I should get an Exetel products? Are you kidding me? My connection is out? I know. I should restart my router and modem? Thanks Sherlock. The real problem was an Exetel outage, which the app didn't inform me of. Exetel website also didn't mention that. I'm regretting my choice.

Complete rubbish that only deserves zero stars. It pretends that it scans something buy it doesn't. I tried it out of curiosity and It gave me "poor" rating of my home network while I was 1 metre away from my perfect working router.

I've had nothing but a terrible experience with this internet provider. I was given a "free internet fiber cable upgrade", I thought , WOW, this is awesome. Sadly.... no. The work that was done on my house was horrible and from day 1 my internet connection was always dodgy. My security cameras constantly drop in and out. I'm by no means technically minded but my God.... I thought I was saving money by changing provider, goes to show it's some times better to stay with what works and pay extra.
