Can't see all the reports and consultation history. It shows blank pages in Android, and in iOS, the page is always loading. Previously, the app was very neat. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP ASAP!

This is a very useful app for Square Hospital's patient. But this app have to improve more. App UI is not upto the mark. Sometime app crashed. Map interface is not optimised. Overall app user interface and GUI is not upto the mark. Please launch more standard and stable version. Please ensure the security as well because you are giving the option to pay through online so make sure the ap is secure for the payment.

Not so user friendly. Need to more update and info base. Appointment should show clear details information. Booked for an appointment and confirmed but prior to the time get to know that it was for another brunch. But no indication or hints of different branches on the app.

don't work at all i can not see my medical reports...all function Does not work....only shows no data found but i already paid all of my diagnosis test fees. one of the worst service... no online service... Labaid amd popular are best they have good website portal with up to date patient reports

Please include the doctor's location when an appointment is fixed through the app. If sms doesn't come, then there is no way where the doctor will see the patient.

Informative and useful app. But I have faced one issue regarding invoice. For some reason, my injection bills are not showing here. I will request the developer to check the issue.
