It deconnects my account randomly and sometimes connecting to my account doesn't work at all so I can't use the app! Messages are randomly deleted and cannot scroll properly. You have to pay a tax, which value depends on the value of the rent for just being able to pay the bills and rent in the app. For paying this tax I excepted assistance in case of urgency, as stated in the contract, which we did not receive. Furthermore one can pay the monthly bills online without having to pay that tax!

Good app for rentee to search for detailed list of criteria. However really bad that there was no notification that scheduled visit to the apartment was cancelled due to appartment being marked as rented already.

Instant Rent, No Deposit/Advance Payment. In some other cases, you sometimes do not even have to meet the owners. This is the new age of renting houses/apartments . No headache. No bureaucracy, no wasting time.And they keep updating the app. I highly recommend this app to any one new to the house and apartment renting scene in Bucharest. It is a breeze. 4 stars, because there is more to look forward to.Well done.

Leaving aside the low number of properties listed, the biggest problem I have with this app is that there is no way to actually contact the owner. With that "Vizionare" option you can only get in touch if the owner checks the app/notifications. If you would add a way of contacting the owner, that would be great.

Takes some time to post a rental because you need to upload pictures one by one, need to wait for the chat bot to ask the next question (a standard form would be faster) and you need to fill information unrelated to the rental (does it really matter if you are an engineer or a factory worker?) There is lack of activity on the app. This makes me wander what is the number of active users. Some functions are not clear what they do, like the "request offer" . Ask an offer from whom?

Not that many posts, but the app runs smoothly and the filter for apartments is great. A bit disappointed because I expected to find a schematic for each apartment, but sadly no one uploaded such thing.

I rented an apartment through them, I've been living 2 months with less (and now no) heating in my apartment and they haven't fixed it. Don't recommend. If you want to sign with them, you might want to check the contract before you sign it so that you can add a clause for this sort of situations (The official paperwork says something along the lines of "We'll help you out as soon as possible") so that they will be obligated to help you in that timeframe or else, since their support is so slow.

I fully recommend them. Even though i am a quite difficult person sometimes, Milluu team, especially Carla, are very professional, with patience and understanding, which I appreciate a lot. In Europe this kind of business is common, I had the chance to experience it, and by comparison, Milluu can easily meet expectations. Congrats ! 👏
