Every time I place an order through the app, it selects a random day and time other than the ones I select and I end up having to call the store to have them grab a manager to cancel it. Only use the browser version, disregard the app entirely. They'll end up double charging you and I'm still not sure if the charge falls off.

Not sure what happened but the app has not been working for at least 7 months now. Every time I try to submit an order it either crashes or just returns to the main menu screen and everything including the order disappears. On top of this the Payment Method screen is blank making it impossible to add a card outside of an order. Clearly their payment system is not working at all through this app

This app is a test of patience. A board and brew location opened up near me so I got the app to order ahead. While other reviews as of last year and older list this app as completely unusable, I was able to atleast create an account and order a sandwich with only a few issues. My phone could just be slow, but the app had a few hangups and is generally very slow to load. The interface feels clunky and sad, similar in performance to the Jack in the box app (which sucks). Hope it gets optimized.

App used to be great. Ordered ahead of pickup, and it was always smooth. Now, I can't even place an order through it. The app crashes and deletes my order as soon as i hit "place order." I often support other business because of the downfall of the app and lack of being able to order ahead.

The first time I tried using the app, it would only let me order for 7:30 pm. Tried again today, picked the time for today, ordered. Imagine my surprise when the order showed 2 days from now. Had to call the store and cancel, then go to the store and order in person. This app is terrible. Manager is nice, but seemed to think I am the only one with issues, clearly not based on reviews.

Every time I order pick up, it's says today and the time I want to pick up, and then I get a confirmation email with a different, future date. The employees at the location say it happens all the time. Fix it!

When you try to checkout it prompted me to add 4 different items to my order! I just to decline each one! Super annoying! Then it charged tax for a non-taxable item. I cancelled my order. Sorry B&B... You chose the wrong app vender and lost my business.

The new update is horrible. It will not let me order a sandwich for the same day. It only gives you the option to order for the following day. I used to order on the app at least twice a week and drive to the restaurant to grab my sandwich and go. Now I am unable to do that and because of that, I have not eaten there for the last month. Please fix this you are losing business.
