Great concept. Earlier version was better. Paid when I called, not billed. My wife set up an account first so when I need them they call her phone instead of mine for some reason. I've called and had it fixed or so I thought but so far they still call her when I submit a request. When they say they're going to send you a doctor's note you have to call back in and chase it down. I've also had to call back to get the prescriptions sent in. Fix these issues and this will be a great service.

The provider was AWFUL didn't write the dosing instructions on the med she sent in. I contacted customer service who NEVER got back to me. Let me without meds all weekend. Come to find out the NP specializes in esthetics and weight loss, she has no business practicing or prescribing general medicine if she can't even write a prescription correctly. Since installing the latest update, I constantly am getting errors. It is very frustrating as I just had a baby and need to be able to see my benefits breakdown and plan for how to pay the hospital bills and such. I've tried resetting my password and confirming my user ID, but still nothing.

This app is awful compared to teledoc which I used to have. My insurance forces this on us now and the mental health is mostly useless because you cannot view doctors, or request the same one again. Its always glitching and telling me "i dont exist" as a person on the account. Most of the doctors dont listen that I am autoimmune and need certain meds or doses when I sick. You cant view or edit things in the app. Only the account holder can do certain things and it doesnt always work.

App is easy to use. A doctor has always called me back within 20 minutes. Always pleasant and helpful. Well worth the $10 a month outta my paycheck to use this service. Glad my employer offers this!

I had to use this app and spoke to someone about 20 minutes later about my conditions I was experiencing got the consultation I needed with photos of my problem and was taken care of with no questions asked for getting antibiotics for my swollen left eye
