It's not enough for you to give even one star. This is the most disgusting eld app on the market. Even if you close your eyes to the general design problems, today, September 3, 2024, you released update 5.2.0 that crashed work for hundreds of trucks in the USA, instead of immediately rolling back to the previous version, your company began writing fixes, and sent a letter to all customers that you need 2 days to fix it. I never advise anyone to buy this service.

Occasional difficulty in synchronizing with device. Use maps? Disconnects. Receive a phone call? Disconnects. Use a Bluetooth headset? Wasn't an option. Take a photo? Disconnects. Taking a break? Suddenly it thinks you're driving. Off duty? Will suddenly say you're driving. Only works in portrait mode. Had to force close the app in order to get it to work with any Bluetooth device after a driving session. Uninstalled and went with another provider.

OK, but it seems to have a bug where 34 reset and time gained from the 8th day dropping off get added together. I have a screen shot that shows I have like 73 hours available, and my shift shows 25 hours long. It's happened on multiple android phones. Also, the time shown in the lig bok doesnt always match the home time zone. Clearing cache and logging back in fixes it. Bluetooth seems to disconnect when in the background. Other than that it does its job.

I'll probably go back to KT... very annoying bugs. When its running background and you are away from truck and scanning to look for device it would disconnect any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone like a headset. You need to force stop the service from settings every time. Also when driving with 5mph its not supposed to switch to drive but it does if you drive like this more than a 2mins or so.

Horrible.. it runs in the foreground and will not let you change it to run in the background so this means if it's downloaded on your phone you cannot access anything while I'm motion such as make or receive calls. So then I downloaded to my tablet same issue and I cannot play music or anything while in motion and yes I tried to change it in settings and it wouldn't let me. Also while in PC it switches to drive out of nowhere and puts me in violation. It sucks and I'm uninstalling immediately.

Worst ELD ever. Do not use. The software interface is not at all user-friendly. Does not show available recap hours. Does not show split sleeper available hours. Samsara ELD or Motive app. I'm hoping that GPSTab updates and improves the app for truck drivers because right now it downright sucks as far as ELD apps go.

I would love to quit the job just for them using this eld. So horrible. Its only portrait mode, constantly switches off my bluetooth earbuds, fails to register PC causing Violation, if you minimize it and then open again, keep asking what truck are you in and you have to choose from the list and so on so on.

App constantly closes when I'm running it in background and switches my driving status to on duty. This is sign that it was set to alter driving status by account administrators. And will be reported to FMCSA if developers refuse to provide me May 2024 version. Please allow me to opt out of this setting.
