This is one of the most useless and unresponsive App I have ever used. The name is far from Alpha Tech. I couldn't make any call. Once I dial the contact number to call, it will just return without connecting. I have 1K airtime on it. If it is possible to remove the 1 stars, I will. I recommend its removal from the playstore. Do something and get a better review from me.

This app was fantastic at first, for over 3 months of usage. But all of a sudden it stopped recognizing airtime recharge. I have recharged my account 3 times but it is still showing no airtime credit (for 2 weeks now) and I'm not able to make calls at all. I tried fixing the problem by force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling, however problem persist. Management should take note please! Thanks!

Most Frustrating caller App I've used!!! If I had My way, I wouldn't have given it any ⭐. it's master app that only makes calls when it's willing and to the mobile number it wishes, it saddens Me that someone envisioned and created this awesome idea but He/She's allowing it to frustrated Users. The worst part of the story is; There's No customer Support Tab/portal, You can't make complaints, there's no setting Tab, there's literally nothing to help You modify the functionality of the app.

The app was very good. But for the past 2 months now when I want to make call I can't hear any voice from the other person, I have to end and call for 5 to 6 times then I can hearvthe voice, and sometimes it won't no matter how many times I call again. Please check this issue and try to fix it

This time around is worse for the past three days I can't make call not even the customer care number you drop is not connecting please kindly check this issue am so worried. If the app is not going to certify me let me just uninstall because the issue is out of hand i cannot recharge higher amount and not be certisfied u need to act fast so many are complaining of this app please

The app is working perfectly but at times I wll make a call and the voice wll not be out I have to end the call and call again for like two three time, and pls if there's anyway u can make it on the process of making call and u run out of airtime u should be able to make provision for loan and to be deducted on next recharge since ur recharge is not instantly recharge thanks looking forward for the improvement of the app plssss

What is happening? The application service has never been reliable for me, I am a new user but the application keeps disappearing and reappearing at its will.. As I am talking to you, the application isn't available in my phone, I tried reinstalling and it is showing error download message.. If you want retain new costomer kindly fix ASAP.

this is the most annoying app I ever use, I can't call who I want call in app! only three numbers I can call on the app my mom number, my little sister, my brother that all why? I try reaching out to customer service and the ask me for my WhatsApp number and I gave to them but nothing have been done yet, Funny enough if I call customer service they are not answering my calls anymore 👎👎👎👎
