It's a great app but it does not show which area has the high demand so we can head towards that area. Another thing Empower should definitely role out ride sharing with $5 discount for each customer from the total. That way driver can make more money and that opition should be available to riders Incase if they want to "Share and Save" especially in the morning. 3: Scheduled rides.

They are controlling how many rides you can give. I've had my app on for hours and only received 1 or 2 rides. They charge the drivers for using the app to make money. Just as bad as the other rideshare apps. Horrible company, stole my referral money. Had the nerve to send me a text message advertising they pay you when sometime used your promo code. Just big scam they are running. Now they are not even responding back to my emails 😒 🙄

Absolutely love this app so far, literally make twice what I made with uber in half the time consistently. My only suggestion is to please make the drive now button smaller, when I try to stop driving or multi tab my big ogre fingers tend to hit it as it's so close to the command bar at the bottom of the phone. Other than that the app is pretty good!

Bad app. 1. Xl vehicles cant do regular rides, unlike all other apps. 2. No geo preference. 3 app overrides all other apps with display over. Even in split screen. 4. The subscription is really fees. Because they charge based on your your earnings and time frame to limit your ability to do more earn more with take more and time run out. Imagine -50 before ability to get 250 in a 30day period. Then another -50 but you had one day left. Then charged another 50.

This is the solution to uber and lyft. In the technical side this app can improve of course, but they have the right idea and have implemented it. Do not change Empower team. *edit 03/03/23: empower team, you guys need to show the pickup and drop off on the map like uber and lyft are doing now, not simply show the addresses, show them on a map and show pickup time and drop off time, otherwise we need to keep calculating it ourselves and wasting time -_-'

Negative surge fare makes using my own rates pointless, same thing for the ride pairing method, support team refuses to answer my complaints. The company clearly does not care about the drivers and is nothing but a bunch of deceitful liars.
