I highly recommend this app for the hearing impaired & to those who are deaf. Especially when the dispatch phone lines are busy or being on hold too long. I enjoy the map tracking & the info about the taxi driver & cab number. If you can make an option to be able to update my Gmail & phone number, would it be a 5 star app. Especially when putting the password in manually all the time. I'm tired of using the "forgot my password" option because the password manager isn't allowed by the app.

So for over a year I have rated this a 5 🌟 app. HOWEVER, within the past 4 weeks it isn't correctly reading my location for pickup nor ANY address I seem to put in whether for pickup or drop-off it says it cannot find the address on the map leaving me to waste time dragging and dropping the pin on the map which take FOREVER. AND I really enjoyed using the app because of the fare estimator. Now, I'm not happy with the app at all anymore. Fix it and I'll 5 🌟 you again.

The app is always crashing or freezing, doesn't let you know you ordered a cab twice, but the app is pretty good with providing a spinning circle that doesn't go away. The gps is also a delight... The app creates more work and hassle than it takes to call dispatch.

It crashes a lot, and I see no cabs, yet the time to me keeps changing on the map 5, 7, 11, 18 mins and it still says trying to find a cab. It is ridiculous the time spent waiting for a ride. I would use lyft instead, but I only have cash.

This horrible app didn't update that the driver was here, so the driver had to call to find me and then spent the entire ride crashing out on me. I switched to Uber and the app is infinitely better and it's about half the price for the same trips.

App is constantly crashing, won't let you update your phone number, call center isn't very professional. If you're trying to get there on time Do Not trust this app. Only useful if you're using cash to get from point A to point B. App gives estimates but the call center won't

this app needs to be updated to include the vehicle type field or dispatch needs to read the information, booking has 3 feilds 1st how many people 1-4 or 5-7, 2nd extra services, child seat, etc, 3rd pay in car or via app, after booking you can msg driver.... i have used only twice for a group of 5-7 and the first time they sent a car that couldn't take us and when poor driver called the dispatch tried to pin it on him, 2nd time i note to driver and driver note b4, dispatch call an try pin on me

Not sure why, but I requested a van because there was 2 of us and were seasonal employees, so there was a lot of luggage, they sent a camry. Driver was decent& friendly, kinda rough with luggage though. 1 bag was heavy but I tried to load myself and he grabbed it.
