The FlyOne app and website are the absolute worst experience I have ever had. When I changed a flight I was required to pay extra fees but there was nowhere for me to do this. No link. Nothing. So I added extra services to reach the pay screen but the website and app both said my bank card was declined. Yet, I have many charges on my bank account because the app will only take 15 euros per transaction. And I still cannot check in. I hate this company. I only use it so my fiance can leave Russia

It's really awful, I really hate this air line. Because I bought two tickets and paid. In check-in force pay again for nothing, then I read if you pay 4 hours before it will be free. I tried but all time I see error. Finally I found their office in istanbul, he said I can't fix it. Beside I submitted the issue for support, and nothing!!!!! Just game for pay again. Even, In flight duration wasn't glass of water. Please don't use this flight. I really hate this airline and won't again use it.

Absolutely abysmal app. It lets you do things you are not supposed to, I had to pay 3 times for the same service because of this app. The company overall is complete shambles, their customer support is made of a bunch of copy paste robots that can't do anything. If you think Wizzair is bad, think again. Never flying with them again, avoid like the plague.

Absolutely horrible airline. I had flight from Dublin to Istanbul via Chisunau. I checked in and i had two boarding passes. When I landed in Chisunau my boarding pass from Chisunau to Istanbul just vanished. I had to take taxi and drive to airport to make check in again because their support can't solve issues online in a short term. Highly Do NOT recommend "flyone" if you have strict schedule. In addition to that they changed connection flight one day ahead without option to refund it.

The app doesn't work properly, the web page doesn't either. I had to call them for every little step. My flight was postponed, and the rescheduled one was 2 hours late, they changed the rules in the last minute, so 70% of the passengers paid extra at the airport.. Worst experience ever!

Useless app, almost never been able to pay for tickets or additional services through it, error after error, even to check in is sometimes hard, the app and the company itself absolute joke, I always book and pay for seats in advance because they are selling more tickets than seats and they can kick you out if you don't have a prebooked seat, they still rescheduled my flight for another date although the original flight took place on that day with a delay, just removed me from the list
