Love this app!!! Your drivers are always professional and pleasant. This option allows people who don't drive an opportunity to get places in a very timely matter without it costing too much. GET has the right idea with this new option, and I couldn't be more pleased with this service since sometimes regular bus route service only operates once an hour. Thanks for offering a great option for folks who might not have the budget for cabs or Uber/Lyft during peak hours.

I kept putting in my pick up address manually and it would change when I went to finalize it. There is no way to see pricing for your trip, and there is no way to schedule a pick up for the future. Glad it's a service and I look forward to when it gets better.

I have been double charged twice and not received a refund for either, they are consistently 20-30 minutes late. The timer is inaccurate and will go up repeatedly until it is well over the initial time. An example is i ordered a bus at 12, by the time the driver showed up it was 1:06 and i didn't get home untile 1:30. Only good thing is the price. I Watch my driver sit in a nail salon parking lot for 20 minutes and when I asked for a refund they told me sorry about your luck.

Almost completly unreliable. The times are always inaccurate and it left me stranded in an unfamiliar part of town for over an hour while it just sat in one spot at a random parking lot one time. I see buses going past me all the time and yet it almost never lets me order one because its "too full." 100% needs to be overhauled and better managed.

The app works fine for Paratransit but not great for Microtransit. They need more busses and more drivers. I have had days where I have tried for over 6 hours straight (Non Stop) and never could get a ride.

4 because I've only just started using it so I'll update. So this is great affordable ride share. I've been reading all the reviews and they must have fixed the app because the issue of inputting your address works fine, they show you the ride pricing before you book the trip, it has yet to freeze or crash on me. The ENTIRE city of Bakersfield is covered now. I bet the app is crashing on those free gov't phones they give out. I'm running it on a Galaxy S21 ultra which has pretty good specs

I really enjoy a nice peaceful ride on my way to work and the same as riding GET on my way home. It's easy and so accurate that it tells you when the driver has arrived! Most of all, it's easy to track the ride when it is about to arrive!

Never. Works. It always says it's busy or too full. Just never works. At all. It's really annoying when I want a cheaper alternative to Lyfy or Uber. Ridiculous.
