Very Worst Experience from the Ticket Booking app. I booked the ticket through their app and failed. Then I got a message that the amount would be refunded. But after two weeks, the refund has not been received yet. If I call the contact number given on their website, i am not getting any response. They must stop such activities that extort money from the people. It was a very bad experience from their behavior. If you want to book a ticket, you have a lot of options at Book My Show.

From new update.. we can do only current day book. Can't do for next day.. what job in this ?

Worst experience. Previous app was far better. There is no option for booking for tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Previous app has the facility to book for the next 5 to 7 days. More over present app has slow movement even though we have high speed internet. This is not app upgradation but degradation. Sorry to say this truth. But the theatre experience from SFC IS THE BEST IN KANNUR.

They should go for some pioneer team like book my show for reservations. Instead they created an app and collect a huge booking charge/Service charge so that at checkout it cost around 170 for the seat!. Their ticket rate is too high for the facilities they are providing..Only one screen is big all others are small screens with limited number of seats. Still they are charging same for all..

Lot of improvement required. There is no need to ask for address, it should not be entered again and again as well. We should not be taking tickets at theater again. The confirmation sms should be enough. There should be option to reserve tickets much into future, not just two days ahead, that is not the point of reservation. The reservation price is too high.

Don't install!!! Don't install!! It's not working...your money gets debited and you get no ticket! They are wasting your whole time and money. It's been 3 days and my refund has not even been initiated by the team. When enquired they themselves said," the app is not working properly "!!! What's more to say...don't install It's all in vain.
