The app is not great, and is not connected with their web-based (QR) system. The QR code payment method failed me because the lot hours were incorrect and ended at midnight, so I had to download the app to pay through the night. My card was charged and app showed me good through 10am, but still got a ticket in the morning for $90 for failure to pay at 3am. Additional issue is that the signage in the lots has a lot#, but the app only has names so you can't search easily.

Poor app design. Have issues trying to update payment info once you have select a lot, you have to cancel & come back in. Also lots are listed by lot name not number, & on the map they are put so close to each other lot names overlap and it's easy to select the wrong one. This made me to pay for the wrong lot (that cost even more) and get a ticket. Hangtang said they tried to have it waived, it seems like the parking lot operator, Impark, has not responded so far. Risky app to use...

It was completely useless - after going through the account creation, adding credit card didn't work - and I tried 3 different cards. I ended up parking at a different parking lot with a working payment system. Now I want to get rid of the license plate number from the app, since it was a rental car, but the app doesn't support that. And I don't see a way to delete the account entirely either.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. So many bugs. For example it took me about 6 tries to enter my credit card into the app. The request rate button to pay for parking does not work and takes me back to the map where I am stuck in an infinite loop trying to purchase parking. I had to use the website to pay. I would give this zero stars if I could. An 8th grader could make an app with less bugs and problems than this one

[2024-08-20] app isnt working. You can't choose how many hours you want If you accidentally purchase a parking ticket for the wrong zone, this trash app doesn't let you purchase an additional ticket for the same vehicle. A feature that's purely anti-consumer to ticket you easier. Additionally, the imPark website refuses to give you a number to call, and the telephone line on the tickets they give you don't even work.

A parking lot I use regularly has just converted to this system. Takes a long time to pay by Scan to pay, and there is often a lineup at the pay machine. I thought I would download the app - except its not compatible with my phone. Useless. This system is much less convenient than the previous system. May have to find a new favourite parking lot.

Once the parking has been purchased it works good, but the interactive map AND search feature AND "recent activity" tab is poor. I purchase parking a few days every week, but the "recent activity" is always a blank.. even on the same day of purchase. Another poor feature is that when App is launched, it always defaults to Vancouver, irrespective of where you live in Canada or what city all your purchases are made.. that's a pretty basic feature for any app. Vancouver is a super lovely city.

Notification of expiring parking is poor. Otherwise finding lot is better than before. Server is slow. If you are in an area with no wifi and limited mobile data, the app dies repeatedly, and you start over many times. This app is fundamentally flawed, and has a dreadful user interface.
