Overall, the idea of the app is great. However, it's laggy, buggy and has issues with loading. Mainly, I have to make time before every appointment to load and reload the app several times before I can be sure it'll open when my appointment time comes. It's worth the effort though, but not quite at the five star level just yet!

In health tracking: The set reminder feature does not work. Is this a bug? Or is there an update to fix this? Suggestion in health tracking for when you input your meals : needs to be able to be edited so you can update descriptions or images. I use this in conjunction with my nutritionist and want to be able to be more transparent and update things I forgot to mention 😅

I experience crashing almost every time I've opened the app. It takes me four or five times of opening, crashing, and trying again just to get into telegealth appointments, and it's impossible to make appointments through the app, since it crashes every time I press a button. I've tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, and logging out and in, nothing seems to work.

Overall, this is app is quick to download and install, easy to use, and had immaculate video and sound. The sound and video were the clearest of any app I've used for video calls. Setup was easy, and took roughly 5 minutes, instead of the lengthy process with other medical apps I've used. I didn't need to change any settings on my phone's security protocol. Signing in was a breeze--I didn't have to hunt for the correct tab to find my visit before initiating the link to my doctor. No ads!

No matter what I do, I cannot schedule an appointment through the app. It crashes/closes on its own during the process. I've tried various things including uninstall and reinstalling the app. I also emailed the app developer and the response was to give me the phone number to the office to schedule an appointment. How is that helpful? Fix the app!

Fairly seamless. Only complaint is that my new insurance automatically assigned a different doctor, and while that was easy to correct via a phone call, the app returned an error message about having a different doctor and wouldn't let me check in for my appointment. It would be nice if there was a way to tell the app "I called my insurance company and switched to the correct doctor, please proceed".

The app is constantly crashing while attempting to do anything. I can't even access MyChart through it before it crashes. It took me 6 different attempts before successfully opening a secure message that I had waiting for me. Definitely needs to be reworked to be more user-friendly and stable.

I don't know about you but I sure love going to this app with wellness in mind, only to have it drive me crazy with it crashing. And no it isn't my phone, or you'll be blaming multiple phones over the years now. 2 instead of 1 star because whenever it actually works the UI and functionality seem fine.
