I can't even get past the second part which is filling my personal info . The continue button doesn't work and I've already tried it with two emails.

The app itself is fine. The company is Terrible. While a good concept they often say that you have to go to the health center anyway, particularly if you have any medical history. My school closed the medical c3nter to afford timely care for it's students, meaning in reality when anything goes wrong we now have to use the ER or urgent care for silly things like ear infections or doctors notes for class, at a high price. The app also will not let you upload or import medical records. 0 stars

I have to log in every time I open the app, so I can't reschedule my appointments or cancel them. There's no way to view my currently scheduled appointments without clicking on a link outside of the app, which only brings me to the login screen.

I have attempted scheduling appointments with a counselor multiple times. Each time, I get a text asking if I want to cancel my appointment, then it automatically cancels my scheduled appointment without my approval. I'm so frustrated. I have called customer service multiple times and they mentioned that the tech team is aware. When can we expect a fix???

For the most part the app work fine, the only problem is that the buttons to schedule an appointment and the talknow feature do not work. You will have to go the website do them, but you will be able see the appointment through the app.

The app itself, when you can get into it, is amazing. The Dr's are also awesome. Visit took 15 minutes and I was prescribed meds and got a Dr note for work. Butttt I can't get back into the app in order to access these things. It just sticks on a blank screen when I open kt.

If I could give this an app a 0 I would. I was just told by the customer service representative, after them asking if a message could be relayed, that none of my message would be relayed to my trusted provider. Instead of just relaying the message the customer care team took it into their own hands to deny my request. I chose their provider as my primary care for psychology. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT LEGITIMATE HELP. IT IS A FRAUD.

I really love the new community tab but it's not working for me at all. I keep trying to write this encouraging comment on someone's post, but when I tap the send button, it does nothing. It won't respond. So I can't comment on a post. I don't know if there's a character limit or what but there shouldn't be one. Also for longer comments, allow the user to scroll up through what they have written. As of 9/26/22 I cannot comment or easily navigate through a long comment I'm trying to type.
